Doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel, sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed and directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood plain, solid straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fixed all as specified and directed.

S&F 30 mm thick flush shutter solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels commercial type on both sides all as specified and directed.

S&F for 2nd class HW 30mm thick glazed and skelton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (any number of sash bars) edges of framing plain chamferred or rounded fitted with mitred beads for securing glass etc, sizes of member of shutter as specified in SSR Pt-I , Section 8, Clause 8.20, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (WOOD POLYMER COMPOSITE) solid door/window/ceosetory window and other frame / chowkhat of size 50x100mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58 to 60 (suspension grade calcium carbonate and natural fiber (wood powder /rice husk/wheat husk and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 grms complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs, 100 mm size hasp and staple, safety type, brass with mild steel hinge pin including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on walls or ceiling incuding racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of ceiling of any description, finished even and fair as specified and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion after providing chalk whitening (preparatory to distempering ) , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls by complete removal of existing decotrative treatement of any description including washing, rubbing down & stopping and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing new wood or wood based surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girtha and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparing new steel & iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zink primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparatiion of old painted steel & iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparatiion of old painted wooden surafaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paints complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs, 20mm dia stainless steel (304 Gde) curtain rod, fancy type, chromium plated with fixing brackets and end finials, fixed in any length complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs, stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples in steel / wooden / Z section windoow, ventilator & doors with necessary wooden beading / pin / nut bolt including necessary flat etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F mild steel wire cloth, 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm and fixed with wire staples in steel / wooden windoow, ventilator & doors with necessary wooden beading complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frames including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/ spring clips and S&F 3.0 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty /wooden beads in square n exc 0.5 sqm each pane up to three storey hight complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F 4 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty /wooden beads in square n exc 0.5 sqm each pane up to three storey height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F 12 mm toughened glass as in hinged doors, partitions, automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs, 140 mm floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised,with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F in repair, bevelled edge looking mirror of size 450mm x 600mm x 5mm thick of selected quality glass, decorative type, mounted on 6mm thick commercial plywood and fixed to wall with PVC ravel plugs, chromium plated brass screws and cup washers complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for repairs to aluminium doors/ windows, re-arrange / replacement of damaged rubber beading and tightening etc and refixing in the same opening, area of each door / window shutter exc 1.0 Sqm but n.exc. 2.0 Sqm each including replacement of unserviceable fittings and fixtures complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleats for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-Charge.

S&F anodised aluminium door shutters, using aluminium sections weighing not less than 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handle 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-Charge.

S&F anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, fixed type without sash bar, using aluminium sections weighing not less than 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-Charge.

S&F anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash, using aluminium section weighing not less than 0.55 kg/m including all necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150 mm long (1 No. for each leaf), hinges type B-12, 100mm long (2 Nos for each leaf) complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-Charge.

M&L for aluminium anodised grill of design DG 104 pattern, made out of 10mm dia rod fixed with and including standard aluminium frame of flat aluminium section of size 23.40mm x 15.30mm x 1.40mm thick all as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as per directions of Engr-in-Charge. Make: M/s DECO Grill or equivalent as approved by AGE (I) Note: Minimum thickness of anodising shall be 15 micron.

S&F factory made uPVC white colour three track panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) upto 1.50m height made of frame 116x 45mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 + 0.2 mm and single glazing bead/double glazing bead of approproate dimension comprising of UPVC multi chambered frame. with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 + 0.2 mm thick galanized mild steelsectin made form roll forming process of required length ( shape & size according to UPVC profile) , appropriate dimension of UPVC extruded glazing beads and UPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy ( white powder coated) touch locks with hook , zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearin capacity to be 40 kg) G.I fasteners 100x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessry stainless steel screws etc. Profile frame & sash sall be mitred cut and fusion weled at al corners, including drilling of holes for fixong hardwares and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in Charge complte all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) Glazed shutters float glass thickness not less than 5.00 mm and wire mesh shutter with Stainless steel wire mesh 0.36 mm dia with aparture 1.40 mm shall also be deemed included in quoted rates and No extra payment shall be made separately. (ii) Size of UPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S&F factory made uPVC white colour casement (Openable) window made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm ( +0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, frame (60mm x 58mm), sash (60mm x 73mm), T profile (One vertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x 74mm), Glazing bead (35mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc, making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket 1.2 + 0.2mm thick, galvanized steel frame (28mm x 21.5mm), sash (31mm x 27.5mm). T profile (27mm x 17mm) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8 mm x 100mm long fasteners. Hardware: casement handle made of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), Butt Hinges of 'zinc alloyed (white powder coated), transmission gear made of mild steel with multi point locking system and 5mm thick glazing with selected quality glass complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass but includes all other connected accessories. Net opening will be measured for payment purpose. Area not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each

S&F in repairs, double action floor door spring hydraulically regulated made of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box main body with stainless steel cover, govering pivot made of mild steel heavy duty suitable for Aluminium door complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along the external wall where apron is not provided by injecting chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per Sqm of the vertical surface of sub-structure to a depth of 300 mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc complete all as specified and directed bu Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc in apron complete all as specified and directed bu Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment for treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar (1:2) (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed bu Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed bu Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for welding in repairs of steel window (such as box type hinge, handles etc) exc 2.5cm but n.exc 5 cm in length, thickness of metal to be welded exc 6 mm but n.exc 9mm including replacement of unserviceable hinges, handles etc complete all as specified and directed bu Engr-in-Charge.
