(ii) Contractor shall submit all type test certificates as per IEC-61850 and GA/Equipment drawings with control wiring diagram of 33 KV control & relay panel to GE for the approval of Accepting officer before approval of sample and confirming firm order of C&R Panel to the manufacturer.
(iii) The routine tests of C&R Panel shall be carried out by representative of Accepting Officer at factory premises as and when requested by contractor through GE and all T&P & equipments required for testing shall be arranged by contractor.
(iv) Commissioning and testing of C&R Panel after installation shall be done through AEI/EI/SEI as and when requested by contractor to GE. GE shall request the concerned AEI/EI/SEI directly for early testing.
(v) Suitable training to be provided to the staff deployed at 33 KV substation in respect of following items:-
(a) Relay setting and parameteirzation.
(b) Relay configuration with respect to I/P, O/P and functional block for protection.
(c) Goose configuration.
(d) Configuration and interfacing required for third party.
(e) SCADA system integration if applicable.
(f) Diagnostic features.

Notes:- (i) On testing if the desired earth resistance less than 05 ohm is not obtained, earthing will be generated at No extra cost, till the desired earth resistance is obtained.
(ii) The chamber shall be constructed atleast 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode.
