Labour only for attending the water supply pipe line break down/complaints and repairs the pipe line by techinical rep as plumber with helper and required T&P tool kit complete for deploying man power/machine power and repair the pipe line by including replaceing the unserviceable such as union/ socket / elbow/ nipple etc /broken/damaged pipes/fittings and making good leak proof pipe lines & joints and restore the water supply for the following size of pipes complete all as specified & directed. Notes: (i) All the pipes /fittings/lead joint/Tyton joint/Rubber gasket joints required for the job will be measured and paid separately. (ii) The break down will be intimated on Telephone/Whatsapp message to contractor/rep. (iii) The break down/complaints can be from New Project area, Old Project area, under 24 ED AOR all the entire water supply distribution system pipe line.

All as per item No. 4.00 above but GI pipe lines 15 mm upto 80 mm dia complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No. 4.00 above but CI/DI/ MS pipe lines upto 100 mm to 150 mm dia complete all as specified & directed.

Excavating bituminus road appx 1.2 m wide and n.exc 1.5m depth to complete the work at the earliest on highways and main roads for laying/ repair pipes, returning filling in and finishing the top surface after laying/repair of pipe work with PCC (1:2:4) type B2 to a minimum depth of 300mm over dry mix concrete (1:4:8) type D2 to a minimum depth of 600mm over rammed earth to suit the site requirement and making good the disturbed surface to match with existing finish complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling the old valve Chamber and M&L for Construction of Brick masonry valve pit chamber of inner dimension 900x900x900mm, with 150mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 foundation, 230mm thick Brick work using sub class 'B' briks in CM (1:4), Rendering in CM (1:4), 15 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound on internal surfaces of wall/floor and external walls upto 150mm below GL, 50mm thick coping in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, including necessary form work and provision of MS sheet chamber cover of thickness 4mm with 50mm x 50mm x 6 mm Angle iron frame fixed with the chamber using 4 Nos hold fasts made out of 50x6mm flat iron of suitable length fixed with handle made of 10mm dia MS bar suitable welded of 200mm length and locking arrangement including painting over MS surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc.,and including excavation and earth work in any type of soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for fabrication in replacement of 4mm thick MS sheet covers for Valve Pit Chambers with necessary nuts, bolts, washers or welded attachment including welding etc., work complete as required at site including applying two coats of black bituminous lead free paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

S&F ductile iron fitting conforming to IS 9523,K9/ K 12, suitable for spigot and socket pipes/ flanged type of class K9 up to 150 mm bore such as bends (any type radius and angle), tappers any type (straight bend increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), TEE pieces, Single branch, Y junction double branch, cross collars, caps, plugs etc., including rubber gasket joints including testing & taking down old unserviceable fittings complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Gun metal gate /globe valve 50 mm bore conforming to IS 781 -1984 with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe including testing testing & taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified & directed. Make: Kirloskar / Leader / Tata / Zoloto

M&L in replacement for run lead metal joint to spigot and socket pipes in size 150 mm dia of pipe complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Quoted rates shall be included cost of earth work as site required.

M&L for chemical to burn out the shrub/grass/ unwanted small trees etc 100% in out fit area of electrical sub station located at E/M installations in AOR spreaded by using spray gun equally in a given time interval as directed. Note: Chemical sample shall be supplied in sealed container 2.00 to 5.00 Ltrs each as approved by Deptt.

Draining out the over head water reservoir/ under ground water tank complete in capacity upto 1 Lakh gallons using pumps set for de-watering and through in near by drain. Cleaning / scarbing with wire brush / broom and washing with bleaching powder mixed water, etc all taking out from in side the tank in 1st phase after that all in side suface cleaning by chemical upto zero vectria removing slugs / wast material and deposting where as directed minium 50 Mtr above from site incl white washed in two coat in side the tank surface and refilling as same complete all as specified & directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be including cost of repairing material cause damage during above work.

S&F in replacement star delta starter in sheet metal enclosure type ML 2 type fully automatic suitable for 35 HP(26 KW) submersible motor, 415 V, 50 Hz, 3 phase, relay range 20 to 32 Amps ,single phasing, phase reversal, phase imbalance, autor restart feature, vibration proof enclosure with IP 54 protection class, Indications offered - ON/OFF, voltage and Amp complete all as specified & directed. Make: L&T Cat part No SS90705 / Schneider / Seimens / ABB.

S&F in replacement off load change over switch in sheet metal enclosure 4 poles with neutral link , 415 volts, 160 Amps current raiting conforming to IS; 13947 (Part-3): IEC; 60947-3 complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement connecting testing as new to Euroload changeover switch 4 pole TPN 415 volts 125 Amps rated open enclouser to be fix in outdoor LT panel conform to IS/ IEC 60947 - 3 and IS; 13947 (Part -3) for on industrial load using making all connection including Phase extend, fixing nut bolt operating handel etc complete all as specified & directed.

Note :- (i) Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material. The contract amount shall be arrived at after deduction of Schedule of Credit from the total quoted amount in BOQ. (ii) Make of material shall be as per mentioned in Particular specifications or Appendix 'B' to Particular specifications as approved by AGE (I) AF manauri if not specified in BOQ.
