Supply fabrication and Fixing of MS angle, straight channel, U channel all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of medium class insulated Hard PVC Drain Water pipe with 6mm nitile rubber insulation with fittings for 25 mm dia all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of contral cum transmission wiring between ODU & IDU of copper (4 core x 2.5 sqmm) all as specified and directed.

S & F sheet metal enclosure of suitable size with CRCA sheet wall mounted bus bar panel comprising 125 Amp 4 pole 25KA MCCB as incomer,04 No copper bus bar 150 Amp duly mounted on epoxy base insulater with including locking arrangement all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing of underground LT cables XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, aluminium conductors, multistranded, armoured heavy duty 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ducts/along poles/through pipe under road etc with new aluminium lugs including taking out Note :- (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection cover and pipe shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of this schedule. (ii)Fastner,clip etc minor spare parts including in quoted rate all as specified and directed. Make : RR Kable/Finolex/Gloster

Excavation in trenches/Pits in any type of soil(soft soil), n.exc. 1.5M wide and n.exc. 1.5M deep and getting out complete, all as specified & directed .

Returning filling in with the earth obtained from Item here-in-before including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and spreading clean and dry sand (unwashed) in trenches around the cable for cushioning all as specified & directed.

Removal of surplus excavated material to a distance n.exc. 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 Mtr above starting point complete all as specified & directed

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks (Old Size) laid flat in trenches as cable covers all as specified and directed

Supply and laying Pipes galvanized, “Light grade class”, supplied And laid complete including fittings 40 mm dia all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60 cm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron wire 4mm dia as earth lead wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3, MES SSR Part I- 2009 with 15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe as a protection to earthing lead and 20 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering purpose including excavation & earth work in any type of soil, funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit with cover, cast iron frame complete and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Notes (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC with suitable Mild steel handle in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I (ii) PCC pit shall be provide at least 500 mm away from the earth pit and not on just on the eath pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fittings junction etc shall be deemed to be included in the rate. (iii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre earth lead wire and GI pipe for protection of earth wire. Any varriation in quantity shall be adjusted.

S&F Sub main wiring with four run of single core PVC insulated and PVC Unsheathed, multistranded copper condutor of nominal area 6 sqmm FRLS, 1100 Volts grade cable drawn into and including rigid non metalic PVC Conduit of including all fittings and one run of PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor of nominal area 6 sqmm FRLS 1100 volts grade cable continuous earth wire of green colour code complete.

S&F Sub main wiring with 2 run of single core PVC insulated and PVC Unsheathed, multistranded copper condutor of nominal area 6 sqmm FRLS, 1100 Volts grade cable drawn into and including rigid non metalic PVC Conduit of including all fittings and one run of PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor of nominal area 6 sqmm FRLS 1100 volts grade cable continuous earth wire of green colour code complete.

S&F sheet metal single pole and neutral enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket capacity 20-32 Amps complete with one No SP MCB capacity 20-32 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer –in-Charge.

M& L for boring holes (manually) under road ,hard standing,without damaging surface for 50 mm dia GI pipe etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Depth of hole shall be metre below the top surface of road/hard standing.

Supply installation commissioning and testing hi wall split units indoor and outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rated, invertor type and capacity 2.0 ton including breaking necessary hole in wall any type for fixing indoor and outdoor unit and making good disturbed surfaces with cement mortar and paint to match existing surface, all as required including necessary connections complete all as specified and directed . Make : Carrier/Voltas/Blue Star.

Supplying and fixing of 90W LED street light fitting with luminare made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughned glass and individual LED lenses complete making connection with 1.5 Sqmm, 3 core, copper round wire. (i) The driver should be potted ant vibration type, IP66 should be sustain 440 volt for 2-4 hrs (ii) LM-79 and LM-80 test report with 50000 burning hrs LED life from NABL lab shall be provided (iii) CRI (Colour Rendering Index of fixture shall be greater then 70 (iv) CCT ( Colour correlated Temperature) of fixture shall be ± 300K (v) system lumen efficiency shall be 100 lumen/Watt complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel tubular swaged poles complete with MS base plate of size 300 mm x300mm x 6 mm thick ,final taper plug,bolts,nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (09 meters long) Including all necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil for foundation of poles, PCC 1:3:6 type (C-2) (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) in foundations of size 1.20 m X 0.60 m X 1.65 m below GL, PCC 1:2:4 type (B- 1 )(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth block(coping) of size 600 X 600 X 300 mm above GL , removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50 m & depositing where directed, including necessary form work and and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with Aluminium & blue paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, and numbering of the poles shall be done with synthetic enameled painted letter of shape & size complete( M&L)all as specified and directed. S&F perimeter lights bracket complete with 1.2m long GI pipe 40 mm dia medium grade, one no 60 degree bend, MS clamp and nuts bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for GI tubing 50 mm dia light grade with all necessary fittings laid in trenches flxed to walls, poles, under road/floor etc for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement LED Flood light fitting 80 watt, with surge protection 4KV inbuilt in driver and minimum 10 KV separate, IP66 having Pressure dia cast aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass, individual LED lenses complete making connection with suitable in size 3 core of wire and suitable for mounted on angle iron frame. Supply and fix junction box [FRP] of size 250x200x100mm complete with 100 Amp AL bus bar, 4 way, fixed on SMC insulator alongwith 01 No MCB SP 06 amps capacity with necessary fixing arrangements by providing MS clamps 2 nos made out of MS flat 25 x 5mm including nut bolts etc complete.
