S&F pre-coated galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with 5 Nos self tapping screws on each sheet/ each support rubber lining and filling of gap with cement mortar in CM 1:4 with wall and sheet up to 6 mtr height complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fly ash brick work with old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick work surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation newly plastered walls surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper any colour using roller, brushes including in patches over a coat of alkali resistant primer and including 1.5 mm thick wall care putty in two layers with making smooth surface by rubbing with minimum 6 hr interval between any two coats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall by vacuum based sanding machine, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and greasy spots, removing nails etc and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion of any colour over a coat of exterior water based wall priming and including provision of scaffolding required for the treatment to external surface of building with required safety measures complete all as specified and directed.

S&F horizontal level suspended ceiling of GI clip-in micro perforated 600 x 600 mm (nominal size) tile of 120 mm galvanised steel as per IS 277 (2003) suitable for architectural finishes in 0.5mm thickness as per in IS : 513 (1994) Global white colour with concealed suspension system having a beveled edge on 3x3mm and height of 33 mm on one side and 18mm on other side. Tile shall have perforated of hole diameter 2.5mm and open area 16% with linear and diagonal pitch of 5.5mm and 7.7mm respectively along with a border of 10mm. The tile shall be electro-statically polyester powder coated using RoHS compliant powder having coating thickness ranging from 60-80microns. Back side of the tile shall have soundtex fleece hot pressed mechanically for uniform bonding to achieve NRC up to 0.7 all as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note : If electrical cables are running at site and required to be relocated electric fittings on walls are required to be shifted including re-fixing of fan/ light fittings and other light accessory including making good the wall surface shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Taking down carefully existing Aluminum/Copper point wiring (light/ Fan/ Ind Socket/Ind Same socket/ Power Point) complete fittings etc. making good to disturbed surface of wall/Floor etc to match the existing surface/ finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concealed point wiring for one light/ fan/ bell point controlled by one switch with 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area) PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor cable FRLS (1100Volts grade) drawn in and including PVC conduits of 20 mm dia with all fittings and accessories alongwith PVC insulated cable with copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm FRLS as earth continuity conductor including fixing of 1. 2mm thick MS sunk terminal box duly flus complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 14 here in before but for socket outlet 3/5 pin 5 amp. on the same board.
