SS&F new aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) 6/1 x 2.59 mm (Weasel), straining properly on insulators and binding with aluminium tape / binding wire connectors, PG clamps, jumpers etc after taking down/out conductor as existing at site complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 3% for sag shall be added in straight measurements.

Restraining/ tightening of ACSR conductor of any size consisting of 03 to 07 Number conductor & GI earthwire of any size of LT overhead line on existing poles duly straining properly binding with extra aluminium binding wire to insullators all as directed by Engineer- in - Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of pin type insulator vitreous, porcelain, white, brown or green with overall dimensions 90 X140 mm and clearance dia of hole 25.5mm after taking down/out insulator as existing at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old vintage steel tubular poles alongwith insulators and disposing off from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, transporting to site, errecting and fixing in position 9 metre long, Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron/mild steel base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts washers & screws as specified, type 410, SP-31 IS 2713 marked, drilling of necessary hole including painting to steel tubular poles, with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surface of poles and with black bituminous paint on portion of pole embedded in concrete and painting 3 Nos bands/strips with fluorescent PO red synthetic enamel paint 30 cms wide strip at 30 cms spacing from plinth block and numbering of poles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of stay assembly using GI stay rod 20 mm dia complete with accessories excluding stay wire 7/4 mm dia shown in electrical plate no 1 of SSR part 1 of 2009 (loop type insulators ,stay clamps excavation, stay clamp and concrete measure separately.

M&L in replacement of stay assembly using GI stay rod 16 mm dia complete with accessories excluding stay wire 7/4 mm dia shown in electrical plate no 1 of SSR part 1 of 2009 (loop type insulators ,stay clamps excavation, stay clamp and concrete measure separately.

M & L in replacement of galvanized stay wire of size 7/3.15 mm with new one complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Cleaning & preparation of surface of the LT steel tubular poles and painting with two coat of aluminium paint including cross arms, brackets, hooks, junction box, stay clamps over a coat of red oxide primer and making blue & white strip 30cm wide strip (5 Nos) upto 1.5 m from PCC coping, above 1.5 m height in and including marking and numbering of poles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Labour only for proning of tree branches from the site touching/embracing LT overhead lines in order to maintain a clearence of 2 mtr on either side of the conductors incl removing the tree branches from site to out side Air force stn complete alll as directed.

Supply only 25 mt long 2.5 cm wide and at least 0.125mm wall thickness PVC tape of good quality all as specified and directed.

Supply only 25 mt long 2.5 cm wide and at least 0.200mm wall thickness HT tape with adhesive of good quality all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out the voltage stabilizer of following capacity, any description and of any make, dismantling / opening of the voltage stabilizer of following capacity, three phase, AC 415 Volts, for Maintenance and servicing mechanically and electrically,including draining out existing transformer oil, and cleaning, oiling /greasing, removing & replacement of defective / unserviceable parts with new parts, as required at site and as per manufacturer's instructions and checking electronic circuits to make it functional , reassembling the parts of voltage stabilizer after overhauling / servicing at position ensuring proper out put connecting to existing system and applying one coat of synthetic enameled paint (heat resistant type) by spray machine after preparation including writing MES No/ SM No in capital letters of suitable size on body of stabilizer and making voltage stabilizer perfectly operational and testing at site on existing connected load to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. (including mentioned in Note here in below) Notes :-(i) Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ as supply only but fixing charges of the parts replaced/repaired is deemed to be included in these item. (ii) Oil shall be drained out and collected in contractors own containers and reuse after heating and filtration through filtration plant to achieve the suitable dielectric strength/insulation value. Refilling, heating and filteration shall be included in the rate quoted by the contractor for above items. (iii) Fresh oil required for top up shall be measured as “supply only” but its heating and filling shall be included in the rate quoted by the contractor for above items. (iv) The quoted rate shall be deemed to include replacement of small/ minor parts i.e. washers,nut bolts, packing, screws,lamp etc (a). 15 KVA to 40 KVA capacity
