Material and labour for one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer @ 0.8 Itrs (undiluted ) /10 sq mtrs diluted with water 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 Itr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI having a pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr. The spray machine should be of reputed paint manufacturer as mentioned in PS. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as speified and directed. Make of Manufacturer: ASIAN/BERGER/ NEROLAC or equivalent make as mentioned in Appx 'B'.

Material and labour for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon addictive & Color stay Technology Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/litre as per the LEEDS specification, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltrs (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 Itr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr. The spray machine should be of reputed paint manufacturer as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying emulsion should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of emulsion on the surface with using auto roller for making the surface uniform complete all as specified and directed.. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint with using auto roller for making the surface uniform complete all as directed. Make of Manufacturer: ASIAN/BERGER/ NEROLAC or equivalent make as mentioned in Appx 'B'.

Material and labour for applying two coats of oil bound distemper using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr. The spray machine should be of reputed paint manufacturer as mentioned in PS and acessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface with using auto roller for making the surface uniform complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. Proper mashking to be carried out before primer and paint application Make of Manufacturer: ASIAN/BERGER/ NEROLAC or equivalent make as mentioned in Appx 'B'.

Note against Item No 01 to 06: (a)The preparatory and application work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be excuted from authorized applicator duly cerified by manufacturer of the Paint, Distemper, Putty etc. Before execution of work necessary approval shall be taken from AGE(I) with all documentary evidences. (b) Where the items executed upto 10 mtr height, necessary scaffolding, props, jacks, shuttering and ladder shall be provided by the contractor in his own arrangement and the same is included in unit rates quoted. Green cloth shall be provided all around the work site for any position/height with all safety precaution (i.e. Safety Jacket, Safety Shoes , Safety Masks, Safety Helmet, Safety harness, Safety Goggles etc) Without safety precaution this work will not be commenced as decided by Engineer-in- Charge/ by AGE(I). NO extra cost shall be paid for such precaution. Such precaution shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c) The contractor shall enter a 'Memorandum of Understanding ' (MOU) duly notarised (not later than 03 months old) with manufacturer mentioned in the Contract Agreement. Work shall only be commenced when MoU shall be submitted by the Contractor. Validity of MOU shall be valid during the currency of the work. However during defect liability period if any defect noticed contractor shall only be responsible for rectification of the same. (d) Insurance for each worker shall be provided during currency of the work. Same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (e) Masking/covering of window/doors during spray painting using polythine film shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (f) No payment for additional height shall be paid to the contractor. (g) Cleaning and clearing site of paint, mats etc. are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (h) Completion of the work will not be issued without proper cleaning of site as per direction of AGE(I) or by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on internal surface of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 20 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers (12mm +8mm) on external faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement with using approved LWPC on second layer (8mm) as per manufacturer instruction including taking down cement plaster compete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: (a) LWPC shall be paid in this item (b) Certified from Manufacturer of LWPC shall be provided for necessary quantity against total mix either Cum or by weight of Cement bag. Make: M/s Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd/ M/s Thermax Ltd/ M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd/ M/s Fosroc Chemicals/ M/s STP or equivalent make as mentioned in Appx 'B'.

Note against Item No 08 and 09: (a) Where the items executed upto 10 mtr height, necessary scaffolding, props, jacks, shuttering and ladder shall be provided by the contractor in his own arragement and the same is included in unit rates quoted. . Green cloth shall be provided all around the work site for any position/ height with all safety precaution (i.e. Safety Jacket, Safety Shoes, Safety masks, Safety harness , Safety Helmet, Safety Goggles etc. ) Without safety precaution this work will not be commenced as decided by Engineer-In-Charge/by Assistant Garrison Engineer. No extra cost shall be paid for such precaution. Such precaution shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) Insurance for each worker shall be provided during currency of the work and no extra cost shall be paid. The same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c) No work shall be commenced without furnishing above documents to concerned authority. (d) No payment for additional height shall be paid to contactor.

Material and labour for preparation of old treated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed Make: ASIAN - APCOLITE PAINTS/ SHALIMAR- SUPERLAC/ J&N- BOROLAC BRAND/ BERGER - LUXOL BRAND or equivalent make as mentioned in Appx 'B'.

Material and labour for preparation of old treated wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed Make: ASIAN - APCOLITE PAINTS/ SHALIMAR- SUPERLAC/ J&N- BOROLAC BRAND/ BERGER - LUXOL BRAND or equivalent make as mentioned in Appx 'B'.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surface of ceiling including cornices and apply two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old surface of wall including cornices and apply two coat of cement based paint etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone surface of wall built in cement mortar including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 with WPC (@ 3%by weight of cement) on fair faces of brick wk or concrete surface finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. Note:- WPC shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply only intergal water proofing compound.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of cement base paints over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for providing wall care putty not less than 2 mm thick complete all as specified in SSR Part I and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick walls or concrete surface in CM 1:6 complete finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new surface and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper on walls over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old surface and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
