Demolition brick tile/cement concrete tiles / APP membrance by using hand held electric drills, cutting machine, chisels etc (direct use of hammers on RCC roof for demolition is strcitly prohibited) of roof treatment including padding concrete of any description including mud in roof any thickness with and including roughening old concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4 ) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding, coping, roof kerb incl hunching, benching etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick in CM(1:3) rendering on fair faces concrete surfaces/roof top mixed with liquid water proofing compound finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Make Dr. Fixit or equivalent.

M&L water proofing treatment to roof slab with APP modified polymeric membrane thickness not less than 3 mm plain membrane (weight of membrane not less than 3.50 Kg +/- 5% per Sqm) and weight of centre core polyster mat shall be 160 gram +/- 15% per Sqm and lower side finished with 10 to 15 micron thermo fusible polyethylene complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge with following courses of descriptions below :-Make of membrane shall be SIKA/Super Thermolay APP (STP) / IWL as approved by GE (a) The surface of roof, parapet and gutters and drains mouth etc over which waterproofing treatment is to be applied shall be thoroughly cleaned of all foreign matter, moss dust etc by wire-brushing and dusting. For cast iron/PVC drains outlets a grove shall be cut around to tuck in the treatment. Concrete angles-fillets provided at junctions between roofs and verticals faces of walls (parapet and other walls) around obstacles such as pipe, chimney stacks etc and other similar situation to ease up about corners. (b) On the prepared surface one coat of Solvent based bituminous primer (Sika® WP shield Primer or other techno commercially Equivalent make of STP/IWL ) shall be applied @ 0.35 to 0.50 Kg/sqm till the surface is properly impregnated. The time delay of laying of membrane after application of primer shall be as per manufacturer instructions. (c) Laying of polymeric waterproofing membrane and bonded completely to the substrate & the overlaps are then sealed /fused by flame torch as per manufacturer instructions. (d) The overlaps shall be of minimum 4 Inch (100 mm) side lap and 150mm at end ,sealed by the flame-torch.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium primer on membrane, over 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 25mm thick, laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick tiles 40mm thick with min flexural strength 1.5 N/Sqmm set, joints grouted flush in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound by weight of cement as per manufactur instruction over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 , ponding test shall be done after laying of tiles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

M&L Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing, conforming to Fe 410 W (Gde-E-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 1.25 mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including, steel gates and similar work, cut size, holes punched; including round headed screws, and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded , including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings including ridges complete as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of unframed work timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position

Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe 410 W (Gde-E-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws of required size and dia complete all as specified & directed

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws of required size and dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F wind ties for roof including securing bolts as directed, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide & over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide n.exc 10cm width or girth complete all as specified.

Demolition of unreinforcement cement concrete of any description and in position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC type B0 (1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerb, benching/ padding over roof surface including chamfered on eges etc complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, filling for fixing of hold fast etc including necessary formwork etc.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, approns etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar. (Note : Debris obtained from demolition will be dispossed off as directed)

Material and labour for 16 to 18 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms/slabs and like laid over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite half round on exposed projected surfaces all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D 2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid coloured heavy duty parking tiles of size 300x300x9-10 mm thick impact resistance over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 22mm thick, laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness , M-35 grade, set, jointed over 25 mm thick sand cushoning all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerb stone etc set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified.

Dismantling wall or ceiling boards (fibre, pulp insulation etc) any thickness & at any height including fittings/grids etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing of Armstrong Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with DUNE (MICRO LOOK) EDGE TILES WITH ARMSTRONG XL 15 mm EXPOSED STEEL ANGLE. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, NRC Upto 0.5, Light Reflectance 85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052- 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance Class 0/Class1 (BS 476 Part 6&7) in module size of 600 X 600 X 16 mm with Bio Block coating on the face of the tile, suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 38-41%.The steel angle should be of “Armstrong” make with 15mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 32,mm and a load carrying capacity of 7.5 Kgs/Sqm. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per Sqm & passed through 500 hrs of Salt test ,Perimeter trim to be Armstrong wall angles of size 3000x19x19mm, secured to walls at 450 mm maximum centre to centre incl 4 mm dia suspension wire MS @ 1200mm C/C complete all as specified and directed according to manufacturers instruction and Complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Armstrong Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling tiles with DUNE (MICRO LOOK) EDGE TILES WITH ARMSTRONG XL 15 mm EXPOSED STEEL ANGLE. M & L for powder coated GI grid frame work for false ceiling of size 605x605mm, the snap grid shall be of main & cross tee of size 36.5x25x1.4mm (weighing 0.24 Kg/RM) and angle of size 23.5x26.4x1.4mm (weighing 0.191 Kg/RM) fixed to wall with rawl plug and stainless steel screw 50mm 450mm c/c and tied with and incl 4mm dia suspension wire MS @ 1200mm C/C all as specified and directed

M & L for providing Gypsum Board 12mm thick, 600 x 600 mm in size, fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium frame work as in ceiling, fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions including two coats of OBD over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. (39) here-in-before including taking down ceiling board complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling PVC water tanks of capacity exc 250 ltr but n exc 500 ltr and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

S&F HDPE triple layer rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks in white colour (cylindrical vertical with closed top) 500 litres capacity hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Pt-I including for hoisting into position either inside or outside of building, connecting up pipes, securing access cover etc including GI nipple of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tank, setting aside (for lowering if required) for repair, cleaning etc. and hoisting, reconnecting and re-fixing in same position in new errected cage including cleaning of tank of capacity exc. 250 ltrs but not exc. 500 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminum rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed 20mm bore complete all as specified.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store .

Dismantiling of concrete by chiselling from RCC members like col, beam, parapet, facia, ceiling etc exposing the reinforcement without disturbing the reinforcement and get free from rust by sand blasting providing at places addl reinforcement welding with existing reiforcement as directed wherever required binding with welded mesh 100 mmx100mm (12 gauge welded mesh) & tack welding and primed with using Araldite epoxy resins ( manufactured by M/s Ciba Geigy Ltd/ FAIR BOND EP/Sika or other approved manufacture) & provision of guniting pressure 2 to 3 Kg/Sqm with admixer 1 cement 3 sand mixed Dr fixit Pidicrete SC plasticiser (2 to 10% by weight of cement) of thickness 40mm average including stripping, floating with wooden strippers for proper dimension control inclusing necessary form work & scaffolding up to Three storey complete and surface of guniting to be finished fair and even with and including 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 with water proffing compound @3% by weight of cement, cleaning & removing of waste material etc as directed at site including necessary painting,white wash, distemper/ exterior acrylic emulsion).All surrounding wall, joineries and fitting should be covered with polythene sheet by contractor while work. (Any wall, floor,fittings and roof damaged by the contractor shall be repaired/change by contractor under same item and no extra payment will be paid to contractoron this account complete all as specified and directed. Note: Welded mesh & addl reinforcement if required measured and paid separetly.

M & L for Mild steel TMT bar 6 mm to 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally, binding wire (0.9mm dia annealed ) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on bricks including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified.

M&L for 10mm thick cement plaster on ceiling in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair/unfair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls, finished fair and even (upto two storey of building) complete all as specified.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash as on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified.
