M & L tubes 15 mm bore dia, medium grade, galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 04 above but 20mm dia all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Re-fixing of 15 mm bore old steel tubing and connection in new or old position fixed in wall or floor ,ceiling etc as directed.

Re-fixing of 20 mm bore old steel tubing and connection in new or old position fixed in wall or floor ,ceiling etc as directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, pillars & cornices including brooming down and cleaning the surfaces & applying one coat white wash up to 4th storey bldg complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 8 here-in-before but on ceiling surfaces.

M & L for applying one coat exterior water based primer on old or new plastred surfaces of walls with airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material house length of 30mts. the spray should be of reputed make as specified by the manufacturer and as mentioned in PS (upto 4th storey) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 sqm each but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube all as per specification and drawing.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick( stile), consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rail. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/ sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing, all as specified and as directed.

S & F PVC but hinges medium weight for PVC doors complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 200 mm long aluminum anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 150 mm long Aluminum anodised bow handle fabricated type extruded section complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of old internal/external wall/ceiling/chajja surfaces by means of scraping machine including filling the cracks, remove the nails, vegetations etc and applying water proof cement based putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per Sqm of average thickness 1 mm of approved make as mentioned in PS over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. Putty work will be carried out as per the folloing steps :- (i) Mix the putty powder by adding 40-50% water and mix it with Putty mixture having minimum mixing capacity 1400 W power, having mixer rod of industrial stell grade 45 with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. (ii) Apply the first coat the parepared mix with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application by DC electric motor of 3.3 KW having flow speed of max 6 Ltrs per minute with a maximum pressure 230 bar having maximum tip size 0.041" (iii) Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the putty surface.

M & L for applying two coats of acrylic emulsion distemper smooth emulsion over a coat of primer with using airless technology with max working pressure 3300 PSI and capable of operational single spray gun with a maximum material hose length 30 mtr the spray should be reputed make as specified by the manufacturer and as mentioned in PS, Accessories for applying the exterior emulsion should be able to spray in hand to reach areas and achieve the good wounding and penetration of paint on the surface to achieve excellent application using limited manpower complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/removing of existing water proofing treatment on roof surfaces and wall surfaces including screed bed, mud phuska, PCC, etc racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, and removing rubbish out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick screed bed (average) plaster on concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 on roof, mixed with water proofing compound(@200 ml per bag of cement) and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch 'A; given here-in-after)

M & L for spreading / brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 Kg/ Sqm on old concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC (1:2;4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate thickness as required at site) for padding concrete as on roof, mixed with water proofing compound (@200 ml per bag of cement) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for water proofing treatment on horizontal or vertical surfaces with provision of oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.50 Kg/ Sqm and providing 3 mm thick, APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non-oven polyester fabric weighing not less than 160 gm /Sqm all as per detailed specifications, sealed with overlaps shall be with torch application and applying two coats of aluminium reflective paints complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of exterior weather proof anti algae 100% acrylic smooth emulsion with silicon additives tthat offers anti algae high peroformance exterior wall finish with five years of peroformance warranty by manufacturere applied by using air less techonology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operationg single spray gun with a maximum material hose length 30 Mtr the spary should be of reputed make as specified bythe manufacturers and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying the exterior emulsion should be able to spary in hard to reach areas and achive the good wounding and penetration of paints on the surface to achive exelent application using limited manpower complete all as specified and directed (upto 12 th storey).

S & F in repairs 18 mm thick 100% Lead free both side plain laminated PVC/WPC sheet of any colour with using sunmica of choice colour on both side for kitchen cabinet shutters, shelves and shutters for cup board or similar use and required bracket etc. The panels shall be fabricated using adhesive and screws where ever required. All edges shall be covered with 2 mm thick edge bending tape or 90 degree edge bent finish as per manufacterer’s instruction and make approved by GE complete all as specified and directed. Note : All fittings and fixtures such as Soft closer, handles, piano hinges etc for shutter should be included rated quoated by the contractor.

M & L for preparing old decorated plastered or un-plastered surfaces of wall, pillasters, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke, roots,moulds ,moss and efforehance, salt and trading oil and greasy spot and applying two coats cement base paint complete all as specified and directed. (upto 4tth storey)

M & L for preparation of old painted wooden /wood based surface of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth by washing down with solution of alkaline soap to remove all loose dirt and oily & grease spots and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed .

Ditto all as per item No.27 here-in-before but on steel surfaces

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces, parapets including raking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM ( 1:6 ) on wall/ concrete surfaces finish even and smooth without using extra cement including providing two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM ( 1:6 ) on wall/ concrete surfaces finish even and smooth without using extra cement including providing two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick plaster in CM (1:3) on ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement and applying three coats of white wash after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

M & L re-writing letters or figures (Block roman italic or Indian ) by using synthetic enamel paint not exceeding 30 cm height complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repairing of damaged portion of mouth at tarrace / roof surface of rain water pipe by cleaning and repairing to mouth of RWP by using CM (1:3) with mix with liquid WPC @ 3% weight of cement & sealed with 85/25 hot blown grade bitumen complete to make joint of rain water pipe and roof suface fully leak proof complete all as specified and directed

M & L for repair to chajja area not exceeding 1 sqm each including plaster in CM(1:3) or PCC type B0 (1:2:4) (using 12.5 mm stone aggregate) on top with WPC @ 3% weight of cement, benching/haunching, repair to broken plaster with dubbing coat complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair to chajja area exceeding 2 Sqm and not exceeding 4 sqm each including dismentling of upward facia,cutting of reinforcement , plaster in CM(1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) type B 0 (using 12.5 mm stone aggregate) on top with WPC @ 3% weight of cement , benching/haunching,repair to broken plaster with dubbing coat upto 11th floor of bdlgs. The cost of scofolding inclusive in the unit quoted rate by the bidders.

M& L for repair to chajja area exceeding 1 Sqm and not exceeding 2 sqm each including dismentling of upward facia,cutting of reinforcement , plaster in CM (1:3) or PCC(1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm stone aggregate on top with WPC @ 3% weight of cement , benching/ haunching,repair to broken plaster with dubbing coat upto 11th floor of bdlgs. The cost of scofolding inclusive in the unit quoted rate by the bidders.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound
