Supply, installation, testing and commissioning outdoor type transformer of capacity 500 KVA step down phase 50 Hz oil immersed, 11/0.433 KVA complete,air naturally cooled (ONAN type) with external cooling tubes/fins, level 2 type,5 star rated,double wound core type copper wound having no load voltage ratio 11 KV/433V corresponding to principal tapping, delta connected primary side (HV side) and star connected secondary side (LV side) in accordance with vector symbol DYN 11 (Vector, group-4) with neutral brought out on LV side and having tapping on HV side for constant output so as to alter/vary secondary voltage from +2.5% to ± 2.5% , ± 5% & ± 7.5 % to be changed by means of manual OFF LOAD tap changing rise should not exceed 45º C in oil and 55 º C when measured by the resistance method after continuous full load in and as ambient temperature 40 º C. The transformer oil having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV arrangements complete and confirming to IS : 2026 complete all as specified. The limit of temp rise after continuous full load sum as specified in SSR PR-I & IS-2026 shall be suitably adjusted to suit the minimum ambient temp prevelling at site including transport from store yard Varanasi Cantt. The transformer shall be completed with fitting and accessories all as following (a) Oil conservator tank with filling holes and cap filter type drain valve and oil level gauge (b) Silica gel breather with connecting pipe and first fill of dehydrating agent (c) Air Release valve plug

(d) 01 No 100mm dia type thermometer vapour pressure type having rating 0-120 degree centigrate with max temp indicator and resetting device incl max reading pointer washers (e) Thermometer pocket on tank cover (f) 04 Nos plain solid CI detachable rollers (g) 02 Nos Earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate GI Earth Strip (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate (j) First filling of oil confirming to IS 335 and tested upto 50KV/2.5mm dielectric strength (k) Lifting lugs/hook (l) Oil drain valve with plug (m) Cable end terminal boxes on LV and HV side consisting of 04 Nos porcelain bushing with nuts washers & bushing rod with one No cable gland suitable for existing size of LT cable on LV side including additional neutral separately brought out side LV cable end box with bush insulators for neutral earthing. 03 Nos HV porcelain bushings with nuts,washers and bushing rod with one No cable gland suitable for 3x95 sqmm H.T. cable on HV side complete all as specied and directed. (n) Explosive Vent (o) Two Nos GI tubing light grade 100mm dia 60cm long embedded in brick/wall on LT/HT side for drawing underground cable (p) Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc of existing transformer foundation including rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on existing foundation in cement mortar ratio 1:6

Supplying & Fixing GI electrode chemical earthing of high conductive, corrosion resistant, CPRI tested maintenance free chemical earthing pit to achive earth resistance value less than or equal to 3 Ohm & EN voltage 02 V,pipe in pipe technology based in which primary conductor (Pipe) having 40 MM dia and primary conductor is inserted into secondray conductor having 80 MM dia. The primary conductor is inserted into secondory conductor and space between secondary and primary conductor of earthing electrode should be crystalline compound. The length of this electrodes is min 3000 MM (3 meters) and earth pit's bore hole should be of dia 200 to 250 mm and min depth 3.50 meters. Length of electrode will be increase with connecting of 25 x 4 mm GI strip extra,and total depth should not less than 3.50 meters.
