Supply, installation, testiing commissioning and designing of 12.5 Mtr High Mast system, Mast Shaft shall be in two section, hot dip galvanised inside and outside in single dip, suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part 3 and Lantern carriage shall be of 40NB ERW class -B-MS pipe, diameter of lantern carriage ring of 600 mm internal dia, construction -12 arm welded, and provision for marking arrangement to include accesssories for high Mast including head frame, two point suspension system with steel wire rope of 6mm dia (7/19 construction ) double drum wrinch,galvanised lantern carriage arrengement suitable for 12 Nos luminaries LED types 150 watt,110 lux/watt,5700K, symetrically and lightening final. The mast shall have an internal type power tool mounted at the base compartment for its operation, the system shall comprises complete all as specified and directed with following accessories and technical parameter.

(i) Foundation bolts manufactured from special steel alongwith nuts, washer, anchor plates and templates
(ii) Twin dome LED aviation light 20 Watt each - 1 Set.
(iii)Control panel housing suitable for control circuit including contactors, timers and suitable rating MCCBs/MCBs and 3 phase timer switch for automatic ON and OFF of the mast. It shall also have suitable control for operation of power tool.
(iv) Construction of suitable shallow foundation of size as specified by manufacturer with 'M' -20 concrete for the High Mast cosidering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/Sqm at minimum 2 Mtr depth with all materials and labours complete as per design given by highmast manufacturer including base foundation,nut bolts etc all as specified and directed.
(v) Material of construction - BSEN 10025 or equivalent.
(vi) Cross section of mast 20 side polygon.
(vii) Length of Top section approx 8.250 mtr and bottom section 4.250 mtr.
(viii) Base diameter 360 mm (Approx) and Top Dia 150mm (Approx).
(ix) Joints shall be stress slip fit joints.
(x) Length of overlap 1.5 times from the Dia of insertion.
(xi) Thickness of Galvanisation average 70 Microns.
(xii) Size of Door opening at base of Mast shall be not less than 1200mm x 250mm .
(xiii) M.S. Base plate of size 540 mm dia and 25 mm thickness.
(xiv) Dynamic loading as prevailing at site : - Max wind speed (IS-875-1987) - 180km/Hr, Nos of foundation bolts - 08 Nos of size as specified by manufacturar.
(xv) Method of operation - Motor and manual both.
(xvi) Power tool shall be of integral type, minimum capacity of motor- 1.5 HP of single speed Reversible type 3 phase 415 volts.
(xvii) The top of the mast is to be covered to aviod water logging inside the structure.

Note:- (i) Cost of equipment for loading/ unloading of high mast at site and erection is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Cost of earth work and PCC work is deemed to included in above quoted rate and will be carried out as per manufacturer instructions. (iii) Cost of aviation light is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.
(iv) Design and securing of housing for light tube done by contractor. Cost for same will be demeed to be included in quoted rate.
