M&L for chemical earthing complete with Copper plate electrode of size 900mmx600mmx5 mm thick buried directly in earth pit not less than 4.7 meter below normal ground level and complete size of pit 1.6 meter x 0.61 meter x 5.10 meter earth plate connected to copper strip 32x6mm by means of copper/ brass nut, bolts earth strip protected with 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe from electrode and upto and including the earth test point of gun metal , 20mm bore watering pipe, medium grade GI pipe including funnel wiremess providing alternate layer of 10 cm each charcoal salt and magnesium sulphate layer upto 1.2 meter and 2 Kg coper sulphate to be added around including excavation, returning in filling, removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), as in earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6 mm MS Angle iron frame and pit cover of made by dholpur stone 40x40cm size and 40mm thick with well dressed and having of handle of made by 12mm MS Rod for lifting of pit cover,15mm thick plastering with CM (1:6) internally and upto 150mm below ground level externally, PGI funnel with 20mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering and wire mesh complete all as specified and shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and connected to earth test incl testing complete all as specified and directed.Note for item No. 11 , 12 and 13 (i) Copper strip/ GI Strip and protection light grade GI pipe upto 7.5 meter shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) The earthing value of each earthing pit to be below 1 Ω (Ohm). (iii) Excavation and all earth work shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates as quoted by the contractor. (iv) The quantity shall be filled in earth pit is 250 Kg Charcoal, 200 Kg crystal salt and 100 Kg of magnesium sulphate (MgSo4) shall be filled in earth pit and initial filling of water willbe added before filling the soil.

S&F Copper strip of size 32X6 mm earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on DMC type insulators or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS sheet of size 40 x 20cm & 2mm thickness in the shape of square/round/triangle as per sample including Angle Iron 25x25x3mm (90 cm long) be used for framed work with shape of 'T' etc, necessary welding, earth works, etc including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and marking of TESTED ON -------, RESULT -------------with different colour of synthetic enamel paint with suitable size of letters and all arrangements including grouting with PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) of size 150x150x150mm complete all as specified and directed .
