Sch A Part XI (Miscellaneous Items of B/R and E/M)

Supply and fix exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic, Copper wounded complete with louvers shutter, 230 Volts AC, single phase, 50 Hz, 900 RPM, 150 mm sweep with blades, frame complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying brick form protection of cable subclass ‘B’ laid dry flat across the cable with width equal to the length of whole bricks completed all specified and directed

Preparing the new concrete surface by removing or cleaing of all dirt, scales by brushing with wire brusses for remvong or cleaing of all dirt, scales oil grease and foreign materials etc, complete all as per direction of Engr-in-charge and providing 2.5mm (minimum) thick hot thermoplastic paint (Retro relfective type) for road marking in white/Yeellow shade by fully automatic thermoplastic paint appplicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, gun, beads dispenser, propane tank, heaters and profile shoe, heaterdriven by skilled operator on road surface. Note:- (i) Road marking work shell be carried out in accordance with manufacturer's instruction and as specified in particular specifications. (ii) Refer MORTH specification of para 803.4.2.1 on concrete surface/surfaces in white colour yellow colour and super imposed with glass beads confirming to BS 6088 and MORTH specification para 803.4.3.3. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of valve chamber of size 900x900x900 mm in brick masonry in CM 1:6 with MS sheet cover 4 mm thick angle iron frame with size 50x50x6 mm, locking arrangement including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 in bed/coping, plastering and all steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint with one coat of red oxide/zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying brick as in protection covers over cables using well burnt sub class ‘B’ old size bricks in trenches over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-22 (8..5 meter long) complete with CI base plate, pole cap/final taper plug reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole complete with including two coats of aluminium paint including one coat of red oxide primer including transporting the poles to plating & providing three bend/strap with paint red signal/post office colour 300mm apart from plinth block & numbering of poles including excavation in post holes in any type of soil, return filling, well ramming and disposal of surplus soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in medium grade GI pipe bend to shape 1.2 mtr (32 mm dia as required at site) with two Nos clamps made out of 50x6 mm flat and bolts & washer with nuts duly grouted in wall or fixing on pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix weather proof thermo plastic cable junction box, having IP 55 protection and overall size 155mmx210mmx92mm (Approx) having metric knockouts on the wall, duly fixed with the pole with aluminium strip (25x3 mm) clamp, Gl bolts, nuts, washers and 2 Nos polyamide weather proof cable glands of cable sealing range 10mm to 17 mm (complete with check nuts and including 1 Nos 30 Amp 4 way cable connector and 1 Nos 6 Amp SP MCB complete all as specified and directed. Note: During connecting the incoming and outgoing cables, the continuity of armour to be maintained by shooting them inside the box and earth continuity to be looped for LED fitting for grounding purpose.

S&F Copper wire PVC insulated two single core wire of size 1.5 sqmm with FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor 1100 volt grade cable in surface/recessed as required from junction box to street light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cmx 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meters below normal ground level with the top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR part I and GI earth strip protected by galvanized pipe light grade 40mm bore and through test point including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of strata, Gl light grade 20mm bore watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh. PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber with 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 in cover slab with 6mm dia MS bars at 100mm c/c both ways with MS Hook 6mm dia MS bars etc complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. Note :- (i) GI strip and GI pipe medium grade, up to 7.5mtr shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted for earthing. (ii) Excavation and earth work in any type of soil strata shall be deemed to be included in rates quoted for earthing.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing indoor type LT panel LT panel board, conforming to CPRI Specifications, 415V, 50 Hz, AC supply three phase and neutral, outdoor (Kiosk) type with apron, of suitable factory made, fabricated with 2.0 mm thick mild steel sheet (Outer Body), ISMC-75 base channels, confirming to IS 2713 part I & III-1980 duly powder coated internally and externally painted with seven tank process with approved shade, rubber gasketed, hinged front and back openable doors with proper locking arrangement for dust and vermin proof, internal wiring with suitable size of PVC FRLS copper conductor cable complete including suitable size lugs, glands etc. including one no. brass pad lock, 50mm size, 4 levers and making connections, including earth work and PCC foundation complete and including fixing arrangement and comprising of the followings and specified: - Incoming: - (a) MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V. 100 Amps with breaking capacity 25 KA -01 Nos (b) Meter module digital volt and amp meter including CTs of appropriate size with accessories -01 Nos (c) Indicating lamps(RYB) 01 set of three (d) Alluminium bus bar rating 150 Amp three phase neutral -01 Set (e) Chamber for incoming /outgoing cables Outgoing: - (a) MCB 4 Pole TPN, 415 V. 32 Amps with breaking capacity 10 KA -02 Nos

M&L for RCC Septic tank 100 Users designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 Design Mix in Walls , Base Slab , Baffle walls and Roof Slab including beams etc with Vent shaft , manhole openings with cover connection etc., complete with effective depth of 1.5 meter and overall depth of 3 meter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for soakge wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intecepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonary in CM, RC cover slb in M25/SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC compete filled with brick bats of 1.2 M dia X 3 M effective depth completee all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for telephone point wiring with twin core telephone wire complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for polycarbonate FR grade 1 module telephone socket confirming to IEC 60603-7 mounting on suitable size phenolic laminated sheet complet all as specified.

Supply and fixing GI pipe bend to shape 1.5 mtr ( 32/40mm dia as required at site) with two Nos clamps made out of 50x6mm flat and two Nos bolts with nuts duly grouted in wall or fixing on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of LT energy meter panel board 3 phase 4 wire system indoor type factory made wall mounting with suitable clamp or fasteners dust and vermin proof cubical type interlocking arrangement (IP-55 protection) fabricated with 2mm thick CRCA sheet with Anti corrosion coating & finally polyester powder coated of finite green colour & providing with suitable size of aluminum strip for earth connection complete all as specified and directed. Design supply, install testing & commissioning passengers lift for 13 passenger (884 Kg). speed 1.5 metre/sec, lift with single speed motor 415 volts, 3 phase, AC 50 Hz supply conforming to IS-14665, suitable to serve G+ 03 upper floors with AC Variable Voltage & Variable Frequency drive (V V V F drive) complete with all standard accessories, simplex automatic & manual dual controlled operation with/without attendant, centre opening doors with door drive (electric motor driven mechanism), sliding stainless steel doors, automatic rescue device (ARD) system, 3D infra red sensor in full height of door & built in announcing system without hand set (04 Nos, one each in car, Machine room & near Ground floor landing door). complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Overall quoted rates including of all consumables and minor parts Annual maintenance contract (AMC) during the defect liability period of two year. Necessary MoU shall be submitted by the contractor duly signed by the OEM of AMC and further maintenance.

Sch A Part XII (Manning and operation of lift during Defect Liability period)

Manning and operation of lift for two years by employing one semiskilled category industrial person wearing uniform in one shift per day of 08 hrs including Sunday and holiday complete all as specified and directed for following years:-

(a) For first year during DLP

(b) For second year during DLP

Sch A Part XIII (Annual Maintenance of lift after defect liability period)

M&L for annual maintenance of Lift by performing all fortnightly monthly, bi monthly. half yearly and yearly checks and tests including all repair and replacement of unserviceable spare parts for making serviceable after the completion of defects liability period (DLP) through OEM all as per specified and directed for the followings years:-

(a) For first year after Defect liability period.

(b) For second year after Defect liability period.

(c) For third year after Defect liability period.

Note for item No. 13.01 to 13.04:- (a) The contractor shall enter into MoU with the OEMs for the provision of the lift and further maintenance The MoU for the post warranty/post defect liability period between the contractor and OEM shall be submitted. (b) The rate quoted is inclusive of all consumable and minor parts but excluding of spare parts. If there is any requirement of major spare parts. same will be measured and paid.
