M & L for for bore hole for passing DI Pipe of 150 mm dia under PCC road/ taxi track/ runway/ hard standing not less than 1200 mm deep complete all as directed. NOTES :- (i) Cost of equipments, tools & plants, material required for boring shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rates above.

Taking up cast iron water mains (including all fittings), with flanged ends including disconnecting pipes and fittings complete all as specified and directed .

Material & labour for laying, jointing, commissioning & testing 150 mm dia Ductile iron welded double flanged Pipe centrifugally cast , class K-9 conforming to IS, in any length, jointing with rubber / fibre joints in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Ductile iron fittings or special for flanged ends size up to 150 mm bore pipes conforming ti IS : 1538, like bends (any radious and angle ) taper any type ( Straight, end increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) tail pieces single branches, Ý' junction double branches,crosses (all flanged ends) complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing Sluice valve 150 mm bore heavy duty both ends flanged and drilled type nominal pressure rating PN 1.6 , Conforming to IS: 14846 complete with cast iron body bonnet wedge stuffing box with high tensil steel spindle cast iron hand operated wheel & Cap top nuts,bolts & washers including 6 mm thick rubber gasket joint complete all as specified and directed .

M&L construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 1050 mm X 1050 mm X 1050 mm (internal dimensions of chamber) depth to be reckoned from the top of PCC in foundation to top of MS cover with MS sheet cover 3mm thick including frame of angle iron 40 X 40 X 6 mm with locking arrangement and lifting handle including painting two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc including brick work in one brick thick wall in cement mortar 1:4, 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (internally on all brick wall and external upto 15cm below ground level) and necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in, disposal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr 15 cm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in PCC foundation projected by 15cm all round from the outer face of brick wall PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 in coping complete all as specified & directed.

Cutting of DI pipe 150 mm bore in position for insertion new tees, branch including the required length complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation/sub base complete all as specified & directed as per requirement by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts of any thickness, size or shape including form work, plasters, caps and bases etc as specified & directed as per requirement by Engr-in-Charge.
