M&L for premix bituminous macadam ("Grade II" as specified in MORTH specification Para 504), laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 50-75mm) using paving bitumen VG-30 grade as binder minimum 4% by weight to total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid by mechanical paver and rolled to a uniform smooth surface and rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8-12 tonnes articulated tandem roller (Double drum vibratory roller) complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces by air compressor to remove all loose dust/dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat of paving bitumen grade Vg-10 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm and laying bituminous premix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (Gde-II), 30 mm consolidated thickness with minimum 5.5% binder content (bitumen grade VG-30) by weight of total mix in hot mix plant, laid with mechanical paver and rolled to a uniform smooth surface with 12 tonnes articulated tandem roller (Double drum vibratory roller) and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The mix shall be mixed in hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver only. (ii) The mix shall be prepared by designing through job mix formula all as specified from Govt. engg college / Govt approved lab/HBTI. (iii) No price adjustment for Bitumen shall be done for variation on plus side. (iv) Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete will be comprising of 2% filler material (OPC 43 grade cement). (v) Cost of testing chrages, material & transportation for job mix formula shall be deemed included in the rate quoted.

M & L cleaning bituminous/concrete road surface free from all dirt, dust and other foreign material etc. and applying 2mm thick hot thermoplastic retro reflective road marking paint of white/yellow colour as in strips/lines on road surfaces upto 150 mm width and including glass beads @ 0.45 kg/sqm. The hot application shall be carried out mechanically and the finished surface to be levelled uniform and free from scars and holes complete all as specified in MORTH clause 803.4 and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n. exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made Pre-cast cement concrete smooth finished Type B1 M-25 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) for kerb stone of footpath block masonry with soild blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match size and shape as approved by Engr-in-Charge including taking down old kerb stone complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured, lequar finished, machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 100 mm thickness M-50 grade with grey cement and pigment complete including dismantling of old PCC/ paver blocks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted concrete surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described as in kerb stone and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.Make DARK EYE/3M or equivalent in other make as as given in Appendix 'B' to Particular Specifications

S&F in repair of cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.Make:- Greenlite/Darkeye or equivalent in other make as as given in Appendix 'B' to Particular Specifications

S&F in repair of modular speed breaker of size 250x750x75 mm dual directional having high intensity cube corner reflector ultrasonic welded to high impact resistant ABS plastic body of colour yellow & black provided with 4 nails, shape of side body to have interlocking pattern to keep all speed breakers in row fixed with long nail complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Greenlite/Darkeye or equivalent in other make as as given in Appendix 'B' to Particular Specifications

S&F in repair of retro reflective Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diametre with support length of 3750 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair of solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed. Make: Road star / Greenlite/ Darkeye or equivalent in other make as as given in Appendix 'B' to Particular Specifications .

S&F in repair of road safety convex polycarbonate reflective mirrors of size 100 cms body made of ABS/fibre/plastic with hood and mounting hardware with 100 GI pipe 2.10 m long embeded in PCC bed block of size 300x300 x400 mm in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as spd and directed. Note:-(i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be include cost of PCC of size as required. (ii) Make:- CAT PART No. RSCM-100 of Road star or equivalent model of Greenlite/ Darkeye or equivalent in other make as as given in Appendix 'B' to Particular Specifications .
