S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 65 x 100 mm mprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being mite/borer proof,water/ moisture proof and fire retardant 152 SECTION 8 and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length omplete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately).complete all as specified and directed. Note: For WPC solid door/window frames,minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e.depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid both side decorative type (Laminated both side) flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws complete all as specified and as directed. Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately

M & L 30 mm thick Factory made solid WPC (Wood plastic Composit) moulded gauged door shutter with wire mesh in any number of division with brown wood grain texture including SS wire mesh (G-304) 0.36 mm minimum dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.4 mm shall be fixed with 15 x 15 square tube in side rails with screwing 8 x 28 heat metal zink coated screws can be remove or fix again after changing of wire mesh when needed. The density shall be as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing & fixing of windows made of pre-painted steel (Base steel as per IS 513 of 0.58mm thick "D" Quality galvanized as per IS 277 with zinc of 120 GSM). Primer coated with epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyster paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with 5-7 microns thick alkyed backer. Section for outer frame should be of 72x55mm, centre mullion should be of 72x50mm, section for fixed glass beading should be of 12x12mm and section for shutter should be of 48x25mm. Outer frame & mullion sections to have rebate for glazed shutters, fly mesh and 20 mm provision for guard bars/ grills fly mesh shutter section should be of 20x40mm. The sections are to be cut to length mitre joined with corner bracket. Centre mullions to be fixed with mullion cap. Elixir or equivalent stay, handles 2nos of heavy duty stain less steel pivot hinges shall be provided per shutter. The windows should be paneled with 4 mm thick plain float glass and S.S. Mesh for fly mesh shutter (304 grade) 0.36 mm minimum dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.4 mm. Rubber Gaskets are provided all around the glass. The above frames should be fixed to the concrete/masonry wall by means of self expanding screws. Including 10 mm square guard bars with 6"(152.4mm) pitch, complete for finished item of work including of all taxes, design as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 incl taking down complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of Stainless steel ISI Mark Butt hinges 100mm size complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of 200mm long MS Cromium plated barrel tower bolts of extructed section complete all as specified and as directed.

All the edges shall be covered with 2 mm thick edge bonding tape or 90 degree edge bent finish including all necessary fittings and required knobs in each shutters as per site requirement and as per make and specification mentioned as per drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 100mm long M S Cromium Plated, hasp and staple, safety type, with mild steel hinge pin including bolts to hinge plate and fixed with screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Door closer hydraulically regulated, aluminium body designation No. 3, universal type, fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairing/ easing to anodized aluminium glazed window shutters/ doors any type window side hung shutter including fixing of left or right handle, hinges, tower bolt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs of stainless steel wire cloth (G-304) 0.36mm minimal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.4mm fixed with stanless steel staples to windows complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement,including taking down existing cement plaster and providing and making necessary arrengments for scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer including preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed

S&F 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality of glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in squire not exc 0.5 sqm each panes including hacking out old broken glass of any description and thickness from wooden/ steel fames fixed with wooden beads/ putty and complete all as specified and directed.
