M&L for 100mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates of grading 1 (90 to 40mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sq metre (Paving bitumen VG-10) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen (VG-30 grade) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted, mixed in mechanical hot mixed plant and premixed material, laid with mechanical paver finished including rolling to required camber and gradient complete with 8 to 10 tone power roller to required compaction complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Design Mix for SDAC shall be carried out through an authorised testing lab and the cost of testing shall be included in quoted rate. (ii) Aggregates for Bituminous works shall confirm to clause No 20 B 2.5 of SSR 2009 Part- I (Specifications) with the following Constraints:- Aggregate passing 13.2 mm IS Sieve -100 % Aggregate passing 5.60 mm IS Sieve -40% to 50% Aggregate passing 2.8 mm IS Sieve -30%to 35%

M&L for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sq metre ( Paving Bitumen VG-10) using paving bitumen over Bitumin macadam portion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam with binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 grade, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed. Note :(i) Aggregates for Bituminous works shall confirm to clause No 20 B 2.5 of SSR 2009 Part- I (Specifications) with the following Constraints:- Aggregate passing 26.5 mm IS Sieve -100 % Aggregate passing13.20 mm IS Sieve -60% to 80% Aggregate passing 4.75 mm IS Sieve -20% to 30% Aggregate passing 2.36 mm IS Sieve -5% to 10% Note for item No. 6 & 8: Based on job mix formula, in case the binder content (i.e. Bitumen) is less than the content specified under these items then a minus adjustment @ Rs 40/- per kg of bitumen (less consumed) shall be applied on the quoted rate of contractor against these items, hence the quoted rate of contractor shall be reduced based on less content of bitumen required as per job mix formula. However, no price adjustment on plus side shall be made for increase of quantity of bitumen in case of required as per job mix formula complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast cement concrete factory made glazed kerb stone of size 300x100x450 mm PCC (1:2:4) type B 0 using 12.5 mm graded stone agg , jointed in CM 1:4 including excavation and removing complete all as specified as directed

Removing and refixing of existing precast cement concrete kerb stone with alligenment and jointed in CM 1:4 including excavation of material complete all as specified as directed.

M &L 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed interlocking Machine pressed cement concrete factory made paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 -2006 of 100mm thickness, M-50 Grade, machine pressed of pattern and colour as approved complete all as specified and directed.

All as above item srl No. 14, but except tile complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of retro reflecting 48 inches (1200 mm high) road delinators post black made of 16 gauge 62mm dia round pipe two side reflective in red, white and yellow super prismatic 5 strips of size 7.50 x 10 cm complete incl PCC 1:2:4 (20 mm graded agg) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair road rummble straight 300mmx 150mm made out of hard acrylic polymers of colour yellow and black with both side reflector for fixing with suitable bitumin and including filling PCC 1:2:4 complete good finish surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of Road safety 580 mm dia convex mirror with frame made up of H2 polycarbonate reflective mirror having body ABS /fibre suitable for indoor/out door use with hood complete with mounting hardware including suitable height /dia of MS tubular pipe with painting and grouting with PCC 1:2:4 complete good finish surfacecomplete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of Road safety 800 mm dia convex mirror with frame made up of H2 polycarbonate reflective mirror having body ABS /fibre suitable for indoor/out door use with hood complete with mounting hardware including suitable height /dia of MS tubular pipe with painting and grouting with PCC 1:2:4 complete good finish surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for new or previously untreated surfaces on kerb stone applying one coat of Kerb Painting Kerb stone painting with glossy paints for day and night visibility, with different color combinations Black/White or Yellow/Black over one coat of Priming paints coat of any description complete complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Tenderers may note that amount of credit Rs 18,900.00 will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of tender.
