M&L for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with crushed and graded stone aggregate mixed together with VG-30 graded paving bitumen (4% by weight of total mix) to meet the disired requirement as mentioned in Particular Specification, mixing bitummnious concrete in computerized hot mixing plant, laying and spreading uniformly by means of mechanical paver and rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber by 8 to 10 tonne vibratory road roller complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- No adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used/approved in the execution of work under this item.

M&L for providing bitumen premix semi dense asphatic concrete 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.50% binder (paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix, mixed in computrized hot mix plant, laid with the by mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with the help of power roller 8 to 10 ton capacity, complete all as specified and directed. NOTES:- (i) The mix design shall be got done from approved lab and got approved from GE before commencement of work. (ii) in the event of variation in the mix design in the percentage of binder content on minus side the difference in quantity of binder content will be adjusted through supply only rate or procurment rate of paving bitumen VG-30 whichever is more . (iii) No adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used /approved in the execution of work under this item.

M&L for preparing of old/new black top surface of road and applying one coat of road marking paint (white or yellow) 2 mm thick for longer durability using hot thermoplastic paint by fully/semi automatic applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, heater driven by experienced operator on road surface for centre line, side lines, dashes, arrows, brackets and similar work etc. as per IRC pattern with thermo-plastic paint conforming to MORTH specifications, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs reflective type cat eyes of size 90x110x17 mm made of heavy duty ABS body conforming to ASTM standard having load capacity 60 ton, with reflectors on both sides and fixing with epoxy on road, complete all as specified and directed. (Make 3M/SHAKTI NEW DELHI/TATA BP/DARK EYE)

S&F in repairs solar stud 125 x125 x 25 mm made from aluminium alloy body, powered by nionocrystal solar panel with high capacity Ni-Cd rechargeable battery, LEDs-010 mm, 3 pieces each side and total 6 pieces are used for high brightness of different colours back-up for 12 hours of continues lighting at night of any colour including fixing with epoxy all as specified and directed. M&L for preparation of old decorated brick/stone/concrete or plastered surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats (different two colour) of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.
