S&F rolled mild steel in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc including notching, drilling, fittings, riveting and / or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolts and nuts), providing fittings angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc., also for wedging, plumbing, truing up and fixing conf to Fe-410-w (Gde-E -250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surface & applying one coat of red oxide, zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20-25 mm thick machine cut kota stone slabs of size 540 mm x 560mm to 540mmx 560mm in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including rubbing and beeswax polishing laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado & pillar laid over and including 15mm thick rendring in CM (1:4) & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L75mm thick Cement concrete type C- 2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound type A. Complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in Cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick works or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of wall and applying two coat of exterior grade weather proof acrylic emulsion paint (apex ultima) over and including 1mm thick wall care putty. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparing the new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white lime washing on walls complete all as specified and direcrted.

M&L for taking down rolling shutter of any size as per site requirment and claring the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

S& F steel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: gear oprated type, thickness of lath 1.25 mm . complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium door/ window/ventilator/partition shutters and frame, made out of extruded power coated aluminium sections weighing 0.55kg/m, with sliding or openable shutters including frame and necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, power coated aluminium snap beading, screws, channels etc. Complete and also including the following powder coated aluminium fittings such as cobra hinges, butt hinges, tower bolts, hook & eyes, peg stay and handles connected items wtih and including star lock (star lock used for each sliding glass shutter). Incl taking down. complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Minimum thickness of powder coating shall be not less than 15 micron for widows & ventilators and 25 microns for doors & partions. (ii) Incl Rubber beading. (iii) Design of door, window and ventilator shutters and sections to be used in their fabrications shall be as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge/GE. (iv) Incl 4.00mm thick glass for door/windows/venitlator/partions. (v) Incl 4mm thick frosed glass used for ventilator. (vi) Incl Galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56 nominal dia of wire & average width of aperture 1.18mm for gauged shutter.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles coloured of size 300mmx 450mm X 7 mm thick first quality as on vertical surface such as skirting / dados etc set in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 10mm thick rendring in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and and directed.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work size (605x605)mm for false ceiling incl Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4mm thick non-asbestos fiber cement ceiling boards (600x600)mm fixed or laid inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium frame work with screw in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully any type of battens or conduit point wiring with or except conduit (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, pendent light fittings, MCBs / isolators, fan regulators, tube light fittings etc removing material from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc including two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to match the existing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring for One light point controlled by one, one way switch 05 / 06 Amps with 1.5 Sq.mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, stranded, FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor cable in & including PVC concealed conduit of any size/dia complete with all accessories/fittings, brass screws, washer etc, sunk zinc coated pressed steel terminal boxes with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover concealed in wall with and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable, unsheathed and connected to common earth and earth duly complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Vertical Loadline sheet metal enclosure double door, Triple pole and neutral (TP&N vertical loadline) AC, 415 volts, 04 way, with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar and IP - 43 & IK 09 protection, with the inbuilt provison for fixing of 1 No MCCB of XT1160 frame suitable upto 160 Amp and 12 Nos MCB'S inside of DB, including 100 Amps ,18 KA 4 pole MCCB with metal door and flush to wall including grouting and cutting in existing wall and making good disturbed surface with two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to match the existing complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying, laying, commissioning & testing of XLPE under ground LT cable 1100 volts grade of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core armoured, PVC sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty laid in trenches, fixing on wall, under road crossing through protection pipe etc including taking old unserviceable cable of any type any size. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply / laying and fixing 40mm bore galvanised steel tubes with all fittings, light grade, laid in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth in soft / loose soil and gating out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for washed river dry sand cushioning in trenches 80mm thick before laying the cable and 150mm thick after laying the cable including spreading levelling andhard punning complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for contineous brick edging with width equal to the depth of the brick of whole sub class 'B' bricks laid on edge complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated materials n.exc. 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrided 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick buried in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to GI earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts nuts chek nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 03 connected to earthing test point with earth lead wire protected by and including 15 mm dia GI pipe medium grade pipe for protection and 20 mm dia GI pipe (medium grade) for watering and connected to control switch as directed including necessary earth work as in soft/loose soil, concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm crushed stone aggregate) and pre cast RCC 1:1:5:3 type A1 (using 20 mm crushed stone aggregate) with cover slab duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 100 mm C/C both way and 2 No, lifting handle made of 12mm dia TMT bar and set in cement mortar (1:4), funnel wire mesh, char-coal or coke and salt in alternate layer, testing etc complete all as specifide in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Pt-1 all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) If the desired earth resistance is not found within permissible limit, shall be redone by contractor at no extra cost. (ii) Cost of GI wire 4 Sqmm and 15mm dia GI pipe medium grade upto 7.5 m is included in the rate quoted for this item.

Supply and install, hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in buit air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating of capacity 1.5 Ton, inverter AC having variable speed inverter compressor , copper material ,single phase 230 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 140 V to 280 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with 2x4 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, 1100 Volts grade, stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 4.0 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, PVC insulated, copper conductor cable drawing into and including rigid non metallic PVC concealed conduit of 25 mm dia, medium grade with all conduit accessories / fittings, brass screws, washers etc and connected to common earth dully including all cutting / chases etc in wall and making good to walls etc including two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing. Note - One meter of non metalic PVC conduit along with 2x4.0 Sqmm wire and one 4.0 sqmm earth wire shall be measured as one length).

Supply & fixing in repair industrial type SPN enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with and including 32 Amps MCB, single pole, AC, 240 volts and flush to wall including all cuttings & chases etc on wall and making good including two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to match the existing disturbed surfaces Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230V, 1400 mm sweep. Min air delivery 245 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying and fixing recess mounting LED 2X2 luminaire 34/36 W CRCA powder coating housing with anti-glare diffuser new deep back lit panel metallic frame, including all acessories complete all as specified and directed. Note: Credit shall be given in equivalent to Rod/Fitting)
