Earthing complete all shown as electrical plate No -03 of MES Sch part -I as specified and as directed including the following:- (i) GI earth plate of size 60x 60cm x6.0mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 metres below ground level. (ii) Earth plate surrounded by and packed with charcoal and common salt in alternative layers. ( n.exc 15 cms each layer) (iii) 4 mm GI wire from earth plate to MCB DB/machinery incl necessary GI bolts, nuts check , washers, thimbles etc. (iv) 20 mm bore, light grade, Gi pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shall be provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horizontaly to the earth pit. (v) Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cables and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge. (vii) 50 mm thick precast cover of reinforced cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with steel rainforcement 8 mm dia mild steel TMT bar @ 10 Cm c/c both ways and MS angle iron 50x50x6mm frame including two coats of painting over a coat of red oxide to exposed steel surfaces with suitable handle to lift the cover. (viii) Excavation in soft/loose soil, returning filling & removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50 m as directed.

Supply & fix aluminium strip 25mm x 3mm complete with saddles and fixing screws for fitting the strip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix single pointed air termination aluminium rod 12mm dia, 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 nos, 8mm dia 25 mm long hex. Head screw complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 150 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50.0 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95.0 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16.0 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor,1100 volts grade, of size 70 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches for laying under ground cable, erection of poles and stays in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in soft / loose soil in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 3m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying Unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type 1, size 250mmx150mmx40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Galvanised steel tubes, light grade of size 40 mm bore (for fixing of air termination rod) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI Pipe light grade of 80 mm bore size with all fitting and fixed complete to walls/poles/underpass and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI pipe light grade of 40mm dia for street light cable protection not less than 1.5 meter in length complete including on pole up to junction box complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TP&N Vertical Loadline distribution board, 4 Way, Double door, sheet steel, phosphatised, powder painted with Copper bus-bar 200Amp, neutral link, earth bar and din rail ,blanking Plates, cable ties for cable management, 440 V, 4 way complete all as specified including fitting with following MCCB & MCBs with connections :- (i) MCCB 125 Amps, 4 Pole, 16 KA, Ics=100% Icu - 01 Nos (ii) MCB SP 63 Amps - 7 Nos (iii) MCB SP 40 Amps - 1 Nos Note : -MCB & MCB /MCCB DBs shall be of same make. DB shall be fixed in flush pattern by cutting the wall and making good disturbed surface as pe directed & rate shall be included in the items.

S&F TP&N Vertical Loadline distribution board, 4 Way, Double door, sheet steel, phosphatised, powder painted with Copper bus-bar 200Amp, neutral link, earth bar and din rail ,blanking Plates, cable ties for cable management, 440 V, 4 way complete all as specified including fitting with following MCCB & MCBs with connections :- (i) MCCB 160 Amps, 4 Pole, 26 KA, Ics=100% Icu - 01 Nos (ii) MCB SP 63 Amps - 6 Nos (iii) MCB SP 40 Amps - 1 Nos Note : -MCB & MCB /MCCB DBs shall be of same make. DB shall be fixed in flush pattern by cutting the wall and making good disturbed surface as pe directed & rate shall be included in the items.

Disconnecting the electric supply from existing high mast panel,dismantling, and taking down laltern carriage of high mast assembly and open up for examination of Engineer-in-Charge of high mast ,dismantling and servicing complete lifting and lowering system and check the all mechanism assembly is housed in a chasis, pulley ,flexible marine grade stainless steel wire rope ,trailing cable ,lubricating in bearings,cable connection ,power toos, fidder piller box and reassembling all mechanism complete and testing on completion all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Replacement of items / spare such as bearing,foundation nuts,bolts, washer,fresh grease,pulley,chain,belt shall be deemed to be included in the above items & not to be paid separately all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Cost of necessary tools and plants such as ladders, hydra for repair of high raised high mast lightfittings etc should be deemedto be included in the unit rate quoted.

Supply &Fixing Mechanical handle for High Mast Light complete with nut,bolt,washer completion all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of flexible marine grade stainless steel wire rope without any intermediate joints and shall consist of only non corrodible as per existing size/grade (304 or 316) in flexible 7/19 breaking capacity of rope is 2350 kg X2 completion all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 200 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp completion all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair eelectrical motor of capacity 3.0 HP/2.2 KW three phase motor 1400 RPM 4 pole completion all as specified and directed.

Supply and erecting steel tubular swan nacked pole with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & washers made out of mild steel tubing, type 410 SP -31 (9 Mtr long) including marking pole No on pole including painting of poles with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminum paint (one coat before fixing and one coat of aluminum paint after fixing) over exposed surface and two coats of bituminous paint over embedded portion & the portion above coping shall be painted in alternative bands of black and yellow colour starting with white colour (each band of 30cm wide) by two coats of super enameled paint upto 1.5m height complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work and PCC in foundation shall be measured separately.

Supply and erecting steel tubular swaged pole with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & washers made out of mild steel tubing, type 410 SP -31 (9 Mtr long) including marking pole No on pole including painting of poles with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminum paint (one coat before fixing and one coat of aluminum paint after fixing) over exposed surface and two coats of bituminous paint over embedded portion & the portion above coping shall be painted in alternative bands of black and yellow colour starting with white colour (each band of 30cm wide) by two coats of super enameled paint upto 1.5m height complete all as specified and directed. M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of PCC pole / struts as specified including necessary form work .

Supply & fixing Automatic Security light control panel having sheet steel enclosure power coated CRCA sheet suitable for three phase,6 KW rating, outdoor installation, IP 54 protected , Slop 1:2 , denger notice plate including making all connections and grouted in PCC of type B-1 (1:2:4) with foundation should be 100mm above ground level complete with comprising of the following switch gears:- (i) MCB TPN 40Amp rating -01No (ii) Digital Timer Switch - 01 Nos (ii) Contactor with nominal current rating 32Amp TP (iii) Outgoing MCB SP with Suitable rating - 03 Nos (iv) Auto/manual switch (v) Incoming and outgoing terminal suitable for three phase supply. (vi) MS cable glands for entry & exist point of cables.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of stay assembly etc including necessary form work, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 90 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66SPD 100 lm/watt protection completion all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for copping around pole, including necessary form work finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in replacement 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, flat, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections for providing electrical connections to existing security/street lights of size 6.0 Sqmm twin core completion all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of FRP junction box Make:- Sintex model : GS-JB-2520internal size 250X200X105and External 295 x255X120 mm having 4 Nos aluminium bus bar of size 20X4 mm fixed on epoxy insulators with MCB SP 6 Amps , fixed on the pole with clamps, nut bolts etc. completion all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair street light bracket made of GI pipe medium grade bend in shape of 40 mm dia, 1.2 m long and clamped with 2 pairs of 30 x 5 mm flat iron clamps, nuts/bolts/washers & painted with two coats of aluminium paint over coat of a red oxide primer on clamps complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for scraping, scretching, cleaning the old paint, preparation of the surface for repainting. Painting High Mast Light pole any shape/ size with synthetic enmel paint, writing pole Nos. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete in foundation, filling & mass concrete for electric pole & mass concrete type C2 1:3:6 using 40mm graded aggregate (for air termination rod pipe) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for MS framed work as in doors or gates of angle (or) other sections with gasset plate rails braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting (OR) other covering to doors etc to be prepared for hanging (or) sliding with end including either hooks and pintel hinges (or) steel handing doors etc. Including sliding doors bolt, forming to fe.410.Gde-E-250 complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick laid over and including 20mm screed bedding in cement mortar (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed

Cutting holes in existing wall or PCC block masonry built in cement mortar cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar for inserting holdfast and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required depth of embedded portion of holdfast or lugs measured from the face of jamb into the wall exceeding half brick but not exceeding one brick complete all as specified and directed.
