Taking down unserviceable existing sub main wiring with aluminium conductor stranded cable upto 6 Sqmm single core including earth wire from existing conduit or wooden battens including taking out unserviceable wooden gutties etc, matching with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. .

M & L Sub main wiring concealed type with two single core cable PVC insulated cable with 6.0 Sqmm (Nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable 1100 volts gde incl earth continuity conductor using PVC insulated cable of stranded copper conductor of size 6.0 Sqmm connected to common earth dolly and drawing into rigid PVC conduits of 25 mm dia medium grade size including making good the disturbed surfaces complete.(Note : PVC conduit and its accessories including 2 runs of cable 6 sq mm & 1 run of earth continuity conductor cable 6 sq mm unsheathed shall be measured and paid as single unit).

S&F in replacement sheet metal enclosure DB's 415 Volts, IP-42, vertical suitable for mounting MCCB's, TPN, 12 way with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement double door MCB distribution boards sheet steel, powder coated DBs suitable for MCBs fitted with bus bar, neutral link earth bar and din rail single phase and neutral of 8 ways complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC wall fans sweep 400 mm single phase 230Volts 50Hz complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement LED fitting with PVC extruded battern 20 watt 4 feet White colour including dismentiling and taking down any type of FTL/LED complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection inlcluding suitable size brakett, clamps and nut and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of earthing materials for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and connecting to main switch or switch board complete and incl PCC masonry pit of 300x300x300mm interier diamentions in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 RCC cover with GI frame, charcoal and common salt 15cm in layers all round the earth plate, 15mm dia GI watering pipe, a funnel with wire mesh should be provided on top of watering pipe as specified in electric plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing after completion, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement XLPE insulated , armoured heavy duty electric cable with alumnium conductor ,1100 volts grade ,corss sectional area 50 sqmm 3½ core complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches in soft loose soil n.exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth for LT cables complete including bricks all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, any type of soil and spreading in layers n. exc 25cm thick each layer including watering & well ramming complete all as specified& directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with layer of sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm after lying of calbe in trenches complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Fly ash bricks with (old size) locally available in trenches above sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for in replacement galvanised steel tubing pipe 40 mm bore (dia), light grade with bend, laid in trenches or under roads crossing/flooring/culverts/footpath complete all as specified and as directed.
