M&L for preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

S&F 'E' board everest make 600x600x4mm thick white prelaminated sett embosed reinforced designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture at all height laid on hot dipped galvanised iron imposed grid with 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be poweder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33 mm thick GS sheet and of size 24x32x300mm abd soaced at 1200mm centers securely fixed to be structural soffts by approved hangers at 1200 mm maximum centrers. Hangers of GI wire 2mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug level and justers and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be grater than 450mm from adjacent wall, Flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stiching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm center to from 1200x600mm modules cross tee longer than 600mm to be supported independtly. 600x600mm dodules to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Tee, perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GS sheet of size 19x19mm and 300mm long of white colour including dismantling of existing false ceiling and boarding any description all as per manufacture insturction.

S&F 10mm thick PVC insulation panels with EPS stuck to 1mm plain PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of Aluminium / G.I. / M.S. as per specification and drawing (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately) incl Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling of size 600 mm x 600 mm and hangers of 6mm dia G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long including dismantling old board complete all as specified and directed.

Removing existing roof treatment (any type) roughening surfaces of old concrete by picking, sweeping/Brushing clean and washing down with water to remove dust and apply neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20mm thick cement plaster on roof top in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surface finished even and smooth incl using WPC liquid as per manufacturer instruction @ 0.200 ltr in 50 Kg of cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of all loose dirt and dust from roof surfaces and applying roof treatment as under :- (b) Applying a coat of fibre reinforced PU primer confirming to ASTMD 412 @ 30% water dilution on prepared surfaces and allow to dry. (c) Supply and laying PU based elastomeric single component coating over primer surface @ 10kg /10.76 Sqm total comsumption having below properties:- 1. Elongation - 500% (Min) 2. Solid contents - 80%, 3.Tensile Strength - 1.6N/mm2 4. Adhesion to concrete - 2.2N/mm2 5. Initial hardness shore strength - 60Min. 6. Tear Strength - 14Mpa. 7. Total thickness of layer shall be 1.2 - 1.5mm. Note : The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps & portion inserted in groove which shall be deemed included in the quoted rates.

S&F in repair 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints,fixed to wall including bend ,Tee , stack clamps etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for with fly ash bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 incl demolition of existing brick work complete all as specified

M & L for brick work using fly ash brick conforming to IS-12894:2002, Non Modular, class designation 7.5, straight or curved on plan, exc 6.0 m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) including Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches , pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering/plaster by using readymix mixture of thickness 12 mm to 15 mm on newly prepared surface and plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to plaster by using readymix mixture of thickness 12 mm to 15 mm and taking down cement or cement lime plaster, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to plaster by using readymix mixture of thickness 5 mm to 7 mm in ceiling including taking down cement or cement lime plaster, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of Newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying One coat of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surface of wall by applying two coat of oil bound distemper over application of chalk whitening primer complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered wall surface and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali-resistant priming paint all complete all as specified

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350 x450mmx 7mm, 450x 350x 7 mm thick in walls etc, set & joints in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles as in skirting/dados over 10mm thick rendering in cm 1:4 including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding , removing and rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured floor tiles shade as approved size 7- 8 mm thick area of each tile exc 0.11 but n exc 0.18 Sqm set on 15mm thick in neat cement screed (1:6) slurry and pointed incl white or coloured cement to match including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding , removing and rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified

M&L for fixing frost designer film 25 micron sticked to glass panes as per instructions of manufacturers complete all as specified.

M&L for 75 mm thick Plain Cement concrete PCC 1:4:8 type D-2(using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring.

M&L for coloured machine pressed rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking (red/yellow) paver block any shape and size having glossy finish of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade grey cement and pigment complete incl demolition of existing hardstanding complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for coloured machine pressed rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking (red/yellow) paver block any shape and size complete incl demolition of existing paver blocks all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under paver blocks.

M&L for coloured Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm X 30cm X 20mm thick, set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment over screed bed or bedding layers of mortars 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 , incl demolition of existing PCC floor complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) in coping, benching, slope etc. complete all as specified.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified.

M&L in repair Machine cut kota stone in flooring/trades of steps 18-20 mm thick over and incl 20 mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the floor including rubbing and polishing complete and moulding at edge if reqd incl demolition of existing complete all as specified.

M&L Granite 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:4 including moulding, roughening the existing floor/ platform etc complete all as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished fair and even complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3) including demolition of old PCC complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of old surface of wall and applying a coat of putty and primer and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade/tint with roller after preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface with wall care putty (where ever required) and over one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of New plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and incl one coat wall care putty upto smooth surface all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/ roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean,free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing and applying minimum 1mm thick wall care putty over prepared surface to achieve the surface even and smooth for painting complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new/ old plastered surfaces of finished walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note- Primer and emulsion to be carried out through air less spray machine ( Mechanical means)

M& L for Vitrified Light shade tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6, including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding , removing and rubbish off the premised etc complete all as specified.

All as per above item No-38 but on vertical surfaces including 10mm thick screed plaser in CM 1:4 , complete all as specified and as directed.
