M&L for preparation of new surface of walls (external surfaces) and finishing wall with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) in camoflage pattern, upto 30 M height of the buildings including necessary scafolding and all safety measures and as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surface of walls (external surfaces) including brooming down, cleaning by steel wire brushing, scrapping down to ensure the surface to be painted is free from any loose, dirt, smoke soot, mould, mos and efforescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and cleaning with water etc, repair of fine crackes, pot holes, crackes and undulation in surface with wall care putty as required and then finishing wall with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm ) in camoflage pattern, upto 30 M height of the buildings complete including necessary scafolding and all safety measures and as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of old steel sheet roofing of CGI sheet / PGI sheet / aluminium sheeting surfaces in any position, iron / framed work of any description over 10 cm girth or width by scrubbing down the dust, dirt by wire brushing, sand paper etc to complete removal of rusting portion and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint in camouflage pattern, upto 30 M height of the buildings complete including necessary scafolding and all safety measures and as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note for all items :- (i) Any CI/AC/PVC pipes or pipe fittings damaged during the process of work shall be replaced by new one without any extra cost to the department. The decision of the GE in this regard shall be final and binding. (ii) The labour employed by the contractor for carrying out the work shall be provided with safety equipment and quoted rate shall be deemed to be included the same. (iii) All window, joineries, mirrors, fittings and doors etc shall be covered before painting the surfaces and the same shall be cleaned including cleaning of floors as directed by the Engr in Charge, failing which a recovery shall be done from the RAR as decided by Garrison Engineer and quoted rate shall be deemed to be included of these provision. (iv) "Work to be carried out upto 30.00 meter hight with necessary MS scaffolding including all other safety precautions"
