M&L for construction of granular sub base (GSB) proving 200 mm thick (compacted) in two layers of 100mm spread thickness layer by providing close graded granular sub base material of grading-II as per MORTH table 400-1, mixing in machanical mix plant OMC, speding uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 30mm thick layers of sand including spreading over GSB including watering and compacting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 400 micron transparent High Density Polythene film over sand layer sheet Grade -I conforming IS-10889 over sand layer side lap 150mm and end lap of 300mm shall be provided complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Side lap of 150 mm and end lap of 300mm shall be provided whereever required.

M & L for filling 300 mm thick (in two layers of 150mm thick) using 20mm to 63mm graded stone aggregate , laying watering , rolling,/ compacting with 8 to 12 tonne power roller including filling of interstics for smooth riding , levelled and finished all as directed including supply of 12 labours of top Rapid-grouting by IMDM Machine as per direction by (AF) authority as user. Notes: (i). Contrctor shall procure complete quantity of material as directed by Engr-in-Charge and staked on the site within one week from the date of commencement of work order. (ii). Adequate Tools and plats i.e JCB along with operator, Road roller with operator, water brozer alogwith operator, Crane with operator (2 tonne minimum load capacity) boom raising minimum upto 6-8 meters of height and labours shall be arranged within 24 hrs from the date of intimation by Engr-in-Charge. (iv) Safty goggles ( trasparent) - 15 Nos, Helmet - 15 Nos, Long boots- 04 Nos and reflective Jackets (yellow colour) -15 Nos (iv). The work is of urgent nature and to be commenced within 24 hrs from the date of intimation to the contractor by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cultivating/ploughing on an average 30cm depth of shoulders pavement of airfield with mechanically or manually and levelling the suface as per required gradient after removing/cleaning vegetation, grass with roots, brick bats, stone aggregate and other foreign materials etc.The useless material removing and deposited in low laying area out side of the defence land at any lead complete all as specfied and directed . Note :- Minimum 02 Nos of Cultivator Tractor with driver to be arranged every day.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting/ filling by using with power roller exc. 8 tonne & not exc. 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls/ stone walls etc. of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for rendering of external surface 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including uprooting/cutting of vegetation growth (maximum height upto three stories) including mixing of WPC @ 3% by weight of cement with Mechanical Means complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Below 10 Sqm Qty be excuted throuth conventional mathod).

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall by affixing wall care putty rubbins to smooth finishing and and applying two coat of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having Comouflaging pettern having VOC less than 50gm/Ltr and UV resitance as per IS 15489-2004 alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resitance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @09.ltr /10sqm over new prepare surface and height upto 9 metercomplete all as specified and directed. Note : Putty, Primer and Emulsion to be carried out through airless sprey machine (Mechanical means). Make Asian paint apex ultima/Berger weather coat long life 10/Nerolac excel everlast 12.

Demolition of brickwork or stone work/boulder masonary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and M&L for Brick work with old size fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m nean radius and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of Cement Concrete unreinforced of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing of rubbish from permises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling in floors, 30 mm thick, spread levelled and well rammed including watering and consolidating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick for cement concrete (1:3:6) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 80mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block coloured reflective type rubber moulded with Grey cement and no pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-40 grade complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F at or near ground level factory made pre cast kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line,level and curvature,jointed with cement mortar (1:3) ,includiing making joints with or without grooves complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered/concrete surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm thick cement concrete design mix M-25 using 20 mm crushed stone aggregate as in pavings/hard-standing finished the concrete surface even and fair without using extra cement(laid in alternate panels including necessary formwork) after finishing of concrete roads,pavements by brooming complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Concrete to12345678 be procured from RMC-M25 design mix.)

M&L preparation of old painted surface of any description over 10cm width or girth of concrete/plastered surface and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on signal square, wind sock at any height etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scraping & preparation of new/old treated horizontal concrete or bituminous roads, pavements surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth with wire brushes etc and painting lines, dashes, strips, circles and other markings with one coat of water thinable/matt finished road marking retro reflective paint white/orange/yellow/black or any other colour as approved by GE using mechanical pavement marking machine (Air/Airless spray applications as per IS 164) line lazer 5900 of M/s Graco or equivalent as approved by GE in writing complete all as specified and directed. Make: Apcotrack manufactured by Asian paints/ Berger/Nerolac (1st quality) or equivalent make as specified as approved by GE in writing. Note:- Thickness of paint shall be minimum 40 micron (Dry film thickness) for each coat after application. Supply and fixing UPVC (SWR) type B pipes 110 mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and directed.
