M&L for laying of bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks (old size) for cable protection cover, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable prependicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for local sand coushioning with dry and clean river sand over and under the cable for protection of cable , 80 mm thick thick sand laid before laying the cable, 150 mm thick sand after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Thickness of sand will be measured after punning for payment purpose.

Taking out old serviceable/ unserviceable LT UG cables of any size of 10 to 25 sq mm, 2/3.5/4 core from trenches, poles/walls and floor includuing taking out old serviceable bricks from trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying XLPE LT UG cable PVC insulated , bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminum conductor of 16 sq mm, 4 core laid in trenches or fixed on wall/floor/poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying XLPE LT UG cable PVC insulated , bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminum conductor of 35sq mm, 3.5 core laid in trenches or fixed on wall/floor/poles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing aluminium strip of various size fixed in position as lightening conductor from roof / wall and buried in ground including making good the disturbed surfaces (in CM 1:4) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down carefully existing GI strip of various size fixed in position as lightening conductor from roof/wall and buried in ground including making good the disturbed surfaces (in CM1:4) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down air termination rod of 12 mm dia 300mm long of any descreption by descrewing the nut bolts for existing aluminium /copper strip from roof of building height of 18mtr and all as specified and directed.

Labour only for re-fixing the air termination rod with nut bolts and screwing in vertical position on roof of buliding/shelter/tower with aluminium /copper strip of any size and all as specified and directed.

S&F air termination rod single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long fixed properly on GI pipe/PCC by drilling, nut bolt etc complete all as specified and directed .

S&F aluminium strip of size 25 x 3.15mm for roof conductor and down conductor, including necessary nuts, bolts, screw, rivets, PVC blocks, porcelain insulator all fittings and jointing materials connected and testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI strip of size 32 x 6mm buried not less than 60cm deep into ground, fixed to wall and laid in floor, including necessary earth work if required, nutbolts, screw, rivets, PVC blocks, porcelain insulator all fittings and joining materials connected and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F copper strip of size 20x3.15mm buried not less than 60cm deep into ground, fixed to wall with saddles including necessary nutbolts, screw, rivets, PVC blocks, porcelain insulator all fittings and joining materials connected and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour only for Refixing of aluminium strip in position with new insulators screwing in every 1 mtr length of strip at any height after proper cleaning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note :- All T&P required for fixing of old strip will be arranged by contractor and the rate are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

S&F in repair GI pipe medium grade 50mm dia bore fixed to wall/ PCC block etc with suitable MS clamp complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and specified.

S&F in repair GI pipe medium grade 40mm dia bore fixed to wall/ PCC block etc with suitable MS clamp complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and specified.

M&L for bore well earthing in repair by DTH (Pneumatic drill machine) machine upto depth of 50 mtr below ground level of 150mm dia to insert the MS casing pipe of 150mm dia up to 12mtr depth and suitable for inserting the earth electrode 50mm dia GI pipe medium grade duly drilled hole 12mm dia on pipe,15cm C/C on both side of pipe including lowering in bore well upto depth of 49.5 mtr and 0.5 mtr above ground level and the GI pipe will be braced with FI clamps at top of size 32x6mm including nut bolts. The bore well should be filled with commercial salt, charcoal dust, and magnesium phosphate of 30cm layer each upto the full length of pipe including the bore well casing pipe shall have 12 mtr of length 150mm dia 5 mm thickness MS pipe for protection of bore well.welding of GI strip 50x6mm on earth electrode of length 0.5 mtr and include upto 7.5 mtr to the test point and GI tubing light grade 50 mm upto 7.5 mtr from the bore well including test point gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled screwed including 3 Nos, 8mm dia, 25mm long hex head screw and PCC earth pit foundation surrounding the bore well 60x60x30cm and pit cover of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (Using 20mm graded aggregate) 100mm thick of suitable size including taking out of old u/s earthing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chemical earthing with copper earth plate electrode of size 900x600x5mm burried directly in earth pit not less than 4.7 mtr below normal ground level and complete size of pit 1.6 mtr x 0.61 m x 5.10m, earth plate connected to copper strip of size 32x6 mm by means of copper/brass nut, bolt duly brazed earth strip protected with 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe from electrode and 20 mm bore watering pipe, medium grade GI pipe including funnel , wire mesh providing alternate layer of 10 cm each charcoal salt and magnesium sulphate layer upto 1.20mtr depth and 2kg copper sulpate to be added around the plate for better result and including excavation in any type of soil, returning in filling , removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m , PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), 40 mm thick RCC Cover in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced with 8 mm dia MS deformed bars @ 100 mm C/C both ways incl testing copper chemical earthing as directed including taking out of old u/s earthing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with Copper plate electrode of size 600mmx600mmx3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.00 Mts deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 2.25 Mtrs below ground level connected to copper strip of size 20 X 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel connected to earthing test point all as specified incl excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil incl 40 mm GI tubing light grade and necessary fitting for protection of copper strip incl laying of charcoal dust and common salt, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), 40mm thick RCC cover of RCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced with 6 mm dia round bar @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle made out of 12mm dia MS bar of 150mm grip, 15mm thick plastering with CM (1:6) internally and upto 150mm below ground level externally, PGI funnel with 20mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering and wire mesh and 40mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of GI earthing strip, complete all as specified and shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part (2009) and connected to earth test incl testing including taking out of old u/s earthing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing in replacement with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate should not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level and connected to galvanized iron earth, GI strip of size 25x4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part I connecting to earthing test point ,PCC pit with angle iron frame size 300 x 300mm, Machine cut Jodhpur stone slab pit cover of size 300x300 mm with 12mm MS Rod handle for lifting, 20mm dia medium grade watering pipe with funnel, wire mesh, and 40mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of GI earthing strip, common salt, charcoal, necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Chanrge. Note :- (i)The earth pit shall be refilled by boulders free from vegetable soil. (ii) Earthing shall be tested by contractor in presence of JE /Engr-in-Charge. Record shall be maintained. Payment shall be admissible only after satisfactory test results.

Supply and fixing in replacement test point terminal box made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75X75X25mm, drilled and screwed including 03 Nos, 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw including test point enclosed in feeder box of size 125x125x50mm fixed on wall as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for proper fixing of GI pipe 50mm dia on top of roof including necessary form work finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for MS sheet of size 30 x 20cm & thickness of 2mm fabricated in the shape of triangle and each side will be 30 cm from corner to corner including 25x3mm MS angle iron by welding 10cm 'T' AI in bottom of stand (90 cm long) including grouting with PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) PCC block of size 150x150x150mm below ground level for grouting including necessary framed work , earth works and two coats of synthetic enemal paint over a coat of red oxide primer and marking of word "TESTED ON RESULT" with different colour of synthetic emenal paint with suitable size of letters and all arrangements complete all as specifed and directed .

M&L for brazing/welding of earthing electrode complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting of existing steel tubing of any size upto 50mm bore for insertion of new 'T' of required size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Gun-metal, globe or gate valves,15 mm bore with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe high pressure and fixed all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying testing and commissioning GI tubing medium grade size 15 mm in fixed to wall/ceiling including required GI fitting and taking down of old GI pipe etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply & laying testing and commissioning GI tubing medium grade size 20 mm in fixed to wall/ceiling including required GI fitting and taking down of old GI pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair bib tap/stop cock 15mm bore standard of PTMT any colour screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of earthing pit of PCC (1:3:6:) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) of size 550x550x300 mm with PCC base concrete of 1:4:8 type D-2 using (40mm graded stone aggregates) of 60m thick including GI wiremesh, funnel, 25x25x3mm MS angle iron frame embedded at top of pit cover of size 300x300mm and disposal of old broken pit including all necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting the roughly dressed Dholpur stone of 40mm thickness as a earthing pit cover of size 300x300mm with 12mm MS rod as a handle to lift the cover complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Disconnecting of GI earthing strips/earth wire leads of any size, any description and in any position from test point carefully and testing the earth resistance of any type of lightening conductor earthing with the help of earth tester of suitable capacity and recording Ohm value in the register as per proforma approved by Engineer-in-Charge including cleaning vegetation/wild growth sorrounding of 2 Mtr from the earth pit and removing dust/deposited soil from earth pit complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The contractor will arrange Earth Tester of all T&P & accessories for recording the reading. (ii) The contractor shall arrange for watering of the earth pit through watering pipe in the earthing to improve the resistance. Common salt min. 5 Kgs for each earthing pit shall be mixed with the water at site and filled/dropped in earthing through watering pipe as per site condition and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The water for this purpose shall be made available by the Deptt. at the nearest available source but contractor shall also make his own arrangement for drawing water from this source cost for which shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra payment shall be paid to contractor. (iii) The record of resistance value of each earthing alongwith date of testing shall be maintained on register as per format and signature taken of user rep and MES rep. (iv) 01 x Electrician and 01 x helper will be detailed by the contractor for attending above complaints. Cost for which shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. If contractor fails to detail above tradesmen, a panel recovery @ Rs 500.00 per day shall be made to the contractor and the shall be recovered from RAR/final bill.

M&L for renewal of earthing system by using of chemical copper sulphate including T&P equipment with all safty measures complete all as spacified and directed.

M&L for renewal of earthing system by using of chemical Zinc sulphate including T&P equipment with all safty measures complete all as spacified and directed.

M&L for renewal of earthing system by using of chemical Magnesium sulphate including T&P equipment with all safety measures complete all as spacified and directed.

M& L for checking and balancing of electric load on each DB/panel/busbar and by disconnecting and check E-N and E-R in permissibe limit and proper reconnecting including disconnection of circuit and reconnection after balancing of load complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 01 x Electrician and 01 x helper will be detailed by the contractor for attending above complaints. Cost for which shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.If contractor fails to detail above tradesmen, a panel recovery @ Rs 500.00 per day shall be made to the contractor and the shall be recovered from RAR/final bill.

S&F in repair for sub main wiring with PVC insulated sheathed 2x6 sqmm and 1x6sqmm single core FRLS cable stranded copper conductor 1100 volt grade be used as continuous earth connected to earth down and including, drawn into and including PVC conduite of minimum 20mm dia with all accessories complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair for sub main wiring with PVC insulated sheathed 2x4 sqmm and 1x4sqmm single core FRLS cable stranded copper conductor 1100 volt grade be used as continuous earth connected to earth down and including drawn into and including PVC conduite with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCCB TPN DB,4 way Vertical type,440V,3 phase with rated busbar 250 Amps, double door type suitable for MCCB as a incomer and MCBs as out going , IP 43-IK 09 with metal double door type after taking out old DB, grouted in walls making good disturbed surface (in CM 1:4 or PCC 1:2:4 type B1) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair MCCB fixed type of 125 Amps 4 pole 16 KA, 415 Volts 50 Hz complete including connecting all incoming and outgoing connection by means of suitable size of lugs/thimbles/extension bars of suitable size all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair sheet metal enclosure factory made double door for DB 240 volts with 100 Amps rated bus bar SPN 8 Way IP 43-IK 09 after taking out old DB, grouted in walls making good disturbed surface (in CM 1:4 or PCC 1:2:4 type B1) complete all as specified and directed.
