S&F aluminium door/ window/ventilator/partition shutters and frame, made out of extruded power coated aluminium sections weighing 0.55kg/m, with sliding or openable shutters including frame and necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, power coated aluminium snap beading, screws, channels etc. Complete and also including the following powder coated aluminium fittings such as cobra hinges, butt hinges, tower bolts, hook & eyes, peg stay and handles connected items wtih and including star lock (star lock used for each sliding glass shutter). complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Minimum thickness of powder coating shall be not less than 15 micron for widows & ventilators and 25 microns for doors & partions. (ii) Incl Rubber beading. (iii) Design of door, window and ventilator shutters and sections to be used in their fabrications shall be as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge/GE. (iv) Incl 4.00mm thick glass for door/windows/venitlator/partions. (v) Incl 4mm thick frosted glass used for ventilator. (vi) Incl Galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56 nominal dia of wire & average width of aperture 1.18mm for gauged shutter.

Taking down Chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sq. m but n exc 4 sq m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2nd class hardwood Plain, solid, straight, chowkats & frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS hold fast similar small articles confirming to Fe 290 Gde -E- 165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 30mm thick flush shutter, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surface of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 4.00mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/wooden beeds in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber moulded coloured Chequered tiles 30cm x 30cm x 20-25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and dismantling of chequered tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old existing water proofing treament from the top of RCC/arch slab, including taking down existing PCC padding or plaster and hacking the top of RCC slab, cleaning with water and disposal of rubbish off the premises. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20MM thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on roof surfaces with water proofing compound. Complete all as specified and dirtected. (Note- water proofing compound shall be paid separately).

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for cleaning of concrete or plastered surfaces of roof and applying priming coat using with bituminous primer @ 0.30 kg/sqm followed evenly by a tack coat @ 1.20kg/sqm using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen, over it laid with APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane weight 3.6 kg/sqm reinforced with non-woven polyster fabric (weight not less than 160 gm/sqm) unrolled & bonded to substrate with side and end laps 75mm & 100mm as per manufcturers instruction and applying over it a tack coat using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen @ 1.20kg/sqm and finally finished the top of polymeric water proofing membrane with a coat of bitumen aluminium paint @ 0.20kg/sqm as per manufacturers instructions. Complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in CM(1:3) to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills,sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. groove cutting for roof treatment, and making good, cutting not exc 10cm girth in brick wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded agg) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges or hold fast complete all as specified and directed.
