Horizontal boring in soft/loose soil/under roads of any width by manual arrangements for inserting GI pipe up to 100mm dia bore for passing cables complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : GI pipe shall be measured and paid for separately against respective item of Schedule 'A' / BOQ.

Supply & laying 50mm dia bore steel tubing, galvanized 'light grade' for passing LT/HT cable under road or PCC floor or fixed on wall/ pole or across the drain etc or wherever protection is required including necessary clamps and nuts & bolts with GI fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 8.00 here-in-before but 80mm dia bore steel tubing.

Supply and laying DWC HDPE pipe 50 mm bore medium class, ISI Marked, double wall corrugated for open / underground laying cable, cut to size and making the tubing for cable protection including cutting of road / PCC and making good the surfaces to match the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (a) Cost of GI clamps etc for fixing the cable on wall to be deemed included in the quoted rate. (b) Insulation of DWC pipe shall be of high quality and should notdeteriorate with UV rays / heavy sun rays / winter effects etc. (c) Cost of drawing of existing / old cable through DWC pipe shall be deemed included in the quoted rates and nothing extra to be paid on this account.

S&F in replacement, LED flood light 120 watt 230 Volt AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant including driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Dismantling existing earthing of any description and M&L for new Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate elecrode of size 60 cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 m below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 m below ground level. Earthing plate surrounded by 15cm thick packed alternative layers of charcoal dust and common salt, connected with GI strip 25x4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron with thimbles at one end and the other end connected to main switch board and protected by 40mm dia bore medium grade GI pipe. Provision of 20mm dia bore light grade GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. The pipe shall be provided vertically upto top level of earthing pit and then taken horizontally to the equipment. Provisionn of cement concrete chamber of iinternal size 300x300x300mm with PCC (1:3:6 ) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), constructed at 1.00 m metre away from edge of earthing pit with 50 mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm C/C including all necessary earthwork in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part-1 (2009) and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (a) The unit rate includes earthing strip and protection pipe upto maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate, earth point / test point. (b) On testing after completion, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Repair / maint and overhauling of existing LT Panel 3 phase AC 415V, 50 Hz A of any make including taking out old /unsv MCCBs & MCBs / incoming and outgoing laminated copper busbar, DMC / epoxy insulators of any size, Volt meter, Amp meter, phase indicator LED lamp, Change over switch of any capacity, burnt out copper winding, current coil, potential coil and keeping aside in safe custody for re-use, opening the LT Panel, removing gasket, dismantling and taking out old parts carefully, disconnecting all conections, & re-assembling all serviceable parts to original position including replacement of unsv nuts, bolts, thimbles, gasket etc as per site requirement, removing sludge, dirt, dust etc, denting, welding & replacement of unsv hinges if required, removing old paint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint with spray machine over a coat of red oxide primimg paint, re-connecting & testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (a) All spare parts and control wiring shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective item of Sch 'A' at S&F rates. (b) Denting, welding, replacement of unsv hinges, locking arrangement, handle, unsv gasket, cable gland, nut, bolt, washer, minor repair of PCC foundation if required and removing of old paint with re-assembling, testing, commissioning etc shall be deemed included in the quoted rate. (c) Civil work for grouting of panel cement concrete shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply & installation, testing & Commissining CPRI approved outdoor cubical type IP 54, LT feeder piller box suiable for 415 V, 3 phase 50 Hz , AC supply system, dust, weather & vermin proof, made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, powder coated with 7 tank process, TPN copper busbars of rating 250 Amps capacity. Bottom base channel of MS section not less then 45mmx45mmx5mm thick, entire panel shall have a common aluminium earth bar of size 25mm x5mm at the rear with 2 Nos earth stud, double door both side opening single door system lockable / openable by key from both sides having flush pattern fancy locks with louvers, cable entry with glands, foundation / grouting in & including PCC as per site requirement with the following accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. :- (a) Bus bar electrolytic grade copper and supported on non-hygroscopic, non-carbonising, corrosion resistance SMC insulator 250 Amps,4 poles, not less then 45 cm long mounted on insulators for incoming supply - 1 Set (Set of 4 strips) (b) Phase indicator lamp RYB LED type - 1 Set (Set of three).
