S&F expanded metal (Weight per square metre exc 4 kg), cut to length,bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to steel members complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamal ordinary tint paint inclduing red oxide primer and prepartion extra complete on new steel or iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or grith not otherwise described complete all as specified & directed.

S&F plates Fe 410-W(Gde-E- 250) quality-A (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 50MM thick security toughned glass as in hinged doors, partitions automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes as required complete all as specified & directed.

Drilling holes drilled exc 12mm and n exc. 25mm dia (and countersunk, if required) and depth of holes exc 3 mm but n. exc.12mm into MS plates complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 250mm long mild steel sliding door bolts, plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 150 mm size mild steel pressed handles, oval type, stove enamelled black complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Double ended twist locks, and fixed complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying two coats of Epoxy coat painting inclduing epoxy primer and prepartion of surfaces on new steel or iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or grith not otherwise described complete all as specified & directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum into PCC floor, getting out,and removing n. exc.50m from site complete all as specified & directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in post holes in (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out in any type of soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken bubble mixed with earth arround in layers n.exc 25 cm thick and removal of surplus soil complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2(using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins,crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified & directed. (Fe- 410W Grade-E-250 quality A).

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for factory made machine pressed precast 60mm thick PCC inter locking paver blocks M-40 grade of any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 as in hard standing with grey cement and pigment over 50 mm sand filling under floors as in coushoning for interlocking paver blocks complete all as specified and directed:

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor and finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick hardcore of broken stone aggt. of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe.410 W.Gde-E-250 complete all as specified & directed.

Cutting holes exc. half brick but not exc. One brick in brick walls built in cement mortar for inserting mild steel sections/ holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in including cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as required complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing wall care putty not less than 2 mm thick on old or new plastered surface of wall all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces and applying 2 coats of OBD over a coat of primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new surface and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer all as specified and directed.

M&L point wiring for air circulator fan controlled by one 5 Amps switch using single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade FRLS IS 694 cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area) drawn through and including in PVC conduit pipe heavy duty ISI mark not less than 20 mm dia, concealed in surface of wall / fixed on ceiling/ gudder etc as site required with GI saddles, GI screws, rowel plugs with all fittings including tee, junction boxes and provision of pressed steel terminal box 1.25 mm thick of suitable size with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover for mounting switch sockets and regulators and drawing continuous earth wire with and including PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area) connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Quoted rate shall be included cost of chasing, cutting to surface of wall for concealed conduit, plastering and colour etc all as macting with existing surface as per site requirement.

S&F switch piano flush type single pole one way 5 Amps complete all as specified & directed.

S&F ceiling rose 3 terminal polycarbonate isolated body complete all as specified & directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosure for distribution board SPN 240 volt (When MCBs to be used ) 8 way, 200 Amp rated copper bus bars and with neutral, Earthing bar and din rail complete all as specified & directed.

S&F MCB single pole and neutral 32 Amps 10 kA, 240 volts, "C" curve complete all as specified & directed.

S&F MCB single pole 20 Amps 10 kA, 240 volts , "C" curve complete all as specified & directed.

M&L sub main wiring with two run of single core PVC FRLS IS-694 cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 4 sqmm and drawing through in PVC conduit pipe medium grade heavy duty concealed in surface of wall/ fixed with gidder/ beam etc as site required with using 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable connected to earth and earth dolly in conduit including connecting to main board including conduit pipe minium in 20 mm dia size complete all as specified & directed. Note : (i) Quoted rate shall be included cost of chasing, cutting to surface of wall for concealed conduit , plastering and colour etc all as matching with existing surface. (ii) One run of steel condut with three run of copper cable in equal size shall be measured against one unit.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4.0 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of GI or steel, PCC (concrete chamber of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm inside dimension) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish , internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire mesh , 80 mm thick PCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM, JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I and specified including provision of earth wire protected by 15mm dia light grade GI pipe and watering GI pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade etc complete, all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point main switch board as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified & directed. Note: RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2;4) type B-1 80 mm thick reinforced with XPM weighting not less than 4 Kgs/Sqm in lieu of CI cover.

S&F Air Circulator fans 230 volts single phase oscillating 600 mm sweep heavy duty steel body suitable for wall mounting complete all as specified & directed.

Note :- (i) Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material. The contract amount shall be arrived at after deduction of Schedule of Credit from the total quoted amount in BOQ.
