Supply laying, commisioning & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Concealed Sub main wiring with two runs of single core 6.0 sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts FRLS cable, including one run of 6.0 sq.mm single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor drawn through and including one run of PVC conduit upto 20 mm heavy duty and connected accessories etc.,and connecting to common earth dolly including making good disturbed surface by plastering and two coat of distamper of existing colour complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Two runs of main cable , one run of earth continuity conductor cable and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit for payment purpose.

Note :- Two runs of main cable , one run of earth continuity conductor cable and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit for payment purpose.

Supply & fix MCB SP, 40 Amps, 'C' Curve, 240 volts, 50Hz, 10kA IP-20 as per IS/IEC 60898-1 2002 ISI marked complete all as specified & directed.

M & L earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 3 mm, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level connected to and including copper strip of size 25 x 3mm as earth lead by means , including 40 mm bore GI light grade protection pipe upto 1 Mtr above the floor level of the buildings where main switch, DB etc, situated, earth lead wire connected to the earth plate by means of GI bolts, nuts, washers and earth plate surrounded by 150 mm thick alternate layers of charcoal or cock dust mixed with common salt 20 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe PCC pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) cover of precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) duly reinforced with 8 mm formed or twisted bars @ 100 mm c/c both ways, GI wire mesh, GI sheet funnel necessary excavation in soft/ Loose soil and deposited the surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr away from starting point, complete all as specified as per electrical plate no:3 of SSR part-1 2009 all as directed at site..

Supply and fix MCCB 4 pole 200 Amp Icu 36 Kilo Amp, DPX^3 250 and Ics 100% of Icu with adjustable 70% to 100% and thermal magnetic release suitable for fixing in VTPN DB.
