Inspection & servicing of the Blue Star Make: Chiller unit Model No -XWC3S-039AR2 -02 Nos at M-4 Sarang alongwith all equipment, electric connections to inspect the operation of plant by the rep of OEM and carrying out preventive maintenance as per standard practice. Replacement of defective component / equipment under the respective item of schedule complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge to maintain & keep the central AC plant functional regularly.

(i). Inspecting the plant/ system and carry out preventive maintenance as per the standard practice four times in a year or as required at site.
(ii). Checking the refrigeration system, motor and starters and ensuring healthy condition of the plant.
(iii). Checking the system for any leakage and rectification of leakage by holding nitrogen gas for 24 hours into the closed system complete.
(iv). Taking set of readings and reporting the healthiness of the plant and suggesting improvements if any.
(v). Checking the Refrigeration control system for operation and adjusting the settings.

Note:1. Contractor shall enter into MoU with OEM for servicing and smooth functioning the plant complete as per user satisfaction. MoU shall be submitted by contractor for approval of GE within 30 days from the date of commencement of work. All Equipment under contract will be serviced 4 times during contract period. 2.Any Breakdown call will be attended within 03 days.If there is failure to attend complaint within desried period, per day penalty will be charged @ 1500/- maximum limit upto Rs 25000/- of each Compressor complete unit as per the discretion of GE. 3 Necessary spare parts except compressor will be provided by the contractor within Maint Period of contract as required for smooth functioning of plant and shall be paid separately under respective items.
4. Leak test rectification and refrigerant shall be provided by the contractor to achieve desire tempreture.Refrigerant gas shall be paid separately under respective item. 5.Replacement of consumable items shall also be deemed to be included in quoted rates as M&L. 6. At initial stage before handing over the complete plant, joint inspection with Engg-in- Charge will be carried out in presence of OEM rep & Contractor to trace out parts/components which are unservicable and it shall be measured and paid separately as S&F under respective items to make servicable of AC Plant.
