Comprehensive maintenance periodically (monthly) for reparing & checking of Non clogging submersible pumps, motor of compresser system, all monoblock/centrifugal pumps, opening the all type of valvs (butterfly & sluice) with not bolts and cleaning the block suction and discharge pipe lines and refixing the same with new nut/bols & washer gaskets of complete STP, fillter system, pressure guage including air compressor complete coupling & leakage joint & repair / replacement of worn out parts of sewage tretment plant as existing complete all as specified and directed. Note : i. technician should attend breckdown on as and when required to rectified the defect urgently ii. Defective parts shall be measured & paid separetely 4. A recovery of Rs 1000/- for not rectified the complain within 4 Hrs of same day, and after another month it will be Rs 5000/- per month shall be recovered from the contractor .

M&L for carrying out STP water test ( monthly based) sample collected from STP territory treatment in Cantt area location as per as E-in-C guidline following parameters shall be maintained by the contractor complete all as specified and directed:- pH :-6.5- 8.3 COD :- 50mg/Ltr BOD :- 10 mg/Ltr TSS :- 10 mg/Ltr Total Nitrogen :- 10 mg/Ltr Total Phosphorus :- 10 mg/Ltr Focal Coil Form - NIL Odour - No Foul odour. The test shall be carried out at an NABL accredited lab and tests reports shall be submit to Engr-in-Charge within 10 days from the date of collection of sample. Note :- 1. Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to inclusive of collection of water by the lab rep in presence of JE/Engr-In-Charge and including transportation of samples. 2. Testing of water carried out by Govt raputed lab or IIT lab. 3. Location and time of collection will be decided by Eng-in-Charge. 4. A recovery of Rs 1000/- for not submitting water testing report within 10 days from the date of collection of sample and after another month it will be Rs 5000/- per month shall be recovered from the contractor.

Lifting/ lowering of non clogging sewage submersible pump set of the capacity 7.5/10HP from the STP Narang Vihar Lifting : Disconnection of outgoing delivery mains and electrical connection from the panel and lifting of unserviceable non clogging sewage submersible pump set of any depth alongwith column pipe, SWR rope including existing submersible cable and check the unserviceability,remove the sludge/ poly bags/ cement bags/any solid items from inside the pump borewell/impellor and make good working condition with all safety etc. complete all as specified and directed. Lowering :- Lowering the non clogging sewage submersible pump after making operational condition alongwith column pipe, SWR rope including existing submersible cable and all respective items here-in- above and installation of pump motor in its original position, connections the as well as delivery main including electrical connectiion of both end i.e. with starter and motor terminals. Note :- (a) Rate quoted by the contractor against this items shall be deemed to included for lifting /lowering. (b) Chain pulley block will be used according to the load of pump alongwith column pipe and connected items. (c) Any damages to equipment due to negligence of contract during lifting/lowering to be born by contractor at this own risk & cost. (d) Pumping shall be continued till the main pumps installation in sewage sump for carrying out to repair work. (e) Necessary man power to operate the pump set are deemed to be included in quoted rate by the contractor. (f) Rate quoted by the contractor are deemed to included for Diesel/Engine oil till completion of repair work including testing of sewage pump set. (g) Rate included for transportation of pump set from site to authorised work shop and back. (k) Contractor should be provide all safety equipments i.e. life jacket, oxygen suit, helmet, shoe, hand gloves, safety belt etc and aplicable of all safety features during this job without any extra cost of Govt (h) new submersible cable and SWR rope shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Schedule.
