Supply and fixing in repairs solar delinator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1, complete all as specified and as directed. M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking rubberised paver block with grey cement and no pigment and approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand cushion complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block except paver block with grey cement and no pigment and approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways any shape and size laid in required colour & pattern as fixed in repair over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand cushion and 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed blocks, copings, kerbs rounded or chamfered on edges and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throatings etc.including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Modular rubber speed breaker/rumble strip having dimension 500x400x75mm compact high resistance to moisture, temp, UV rays capacity to withstand severe impacts and comprising of segment of colour black/yellow of Model No GSB-75, Acrylic reflectors fixed on front and back help in identifying the location of the speed breaker from a large distence fixed suitable size of steel zinc plated nails as per manufactures instructions as per sample kept in GEs office complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area not exceeding 400 Sqm and depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm deep, complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air blower to remove all loose dirt/foreign materials and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Viscosity of Bitumen primer of Grade VG-10) at the rate of 10 Kg per 10 Sqm of surface and providing bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix (Viscosity Grade Paving Bitumen of Grade VG-30) and filler as per IRC-95, 1987 (filler) prepared in hot mix plant, laying by mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces using with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) The mix design shall be got done from approved lab and got approved from GE before commencement of work. (ii) In the event of variation in the mix design in the percentage of binder content on minus side,the difference in quantity of of binder content will be adjusted through supply only rates of Rs 42/- per Kg for paving bitumen VG-30.However no plus adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used/approved in the execution of work under this item.

M&L for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in two layer of 75mm thick (compacted thickness & each layer to be rolled & consolidated separately), with lime stone, sand stone, flint or quartzite coarse aggregate of grading 2(63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified.

S&F 3D LED Acrylic sign letters in twin or multi colour (as directed by Engr-in-charge) (english capital letters) of size exceeding 300 mm but not exceeding 400 mm in height not less than 40mm in thickness fixed to groves of the letter size cut in ACP Pannel of fixing the same with sitable LED strips of single or multi colour,drivers,connector and wires duly connected to each letter complete all as specified and directed. Note:-ACP sheet will be measured and paid seperately under relevent item.

M&L Rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins, column, struts, posts etc where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connected plate confirming to Fe 410-W(Gde E-250) quality A, complete all as specified.

S&F in ACP panel as in wall panelling, cladding or ceiling 3 mm thick of required colour, fixed on mild steel framing or grid as specified spacing fixed on wall or coloumns by drilling hole with screw and joints of panels shall be sealed with silicon tape as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed.
