S&F in replacementof liquid line filter (Drier)of suitable size and suitable for 4x 21TR Cap AC plant complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacementof pressure release valve (safety valve) fitted in refrigrant line and suitable for 4x 21TR Cap AC plant complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of air release valve fitted in water chiller line and suitable for 4x 21TR Cap AC plant complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of H.P. (safety valve) fitted in refrigrant line and suitable for 4x 21TR Cap AC plant complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of L.P. (safety valve) fitted in refrigrant line and suitable for 4x 21TR Cap AC plant complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement digital panel mounted AC Volt meter ( 0 to 500/600 Volt), three phase in 96 x 96 mm square size, flush mounted case, accuracy class - 0.5 complete all as specified and directed .

Disconnecting the electric connection from starter and motor/pump including taking out of electric motor/pump of capacity 2 HP from the existing position and strip opening, cutting the burnt out winding, cleaning the starter and re-winding the same with super enameled copper winding wire of same gauge using top class of insulating material , servicing the complete pump including required connected items and reassembling the same and re-fixing back in its original position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement digital panel mounted AC Amp meter ( 0 to 450 amp) , three phase in 96 x 96 mm square size, flush mounted case, accuracy class - 0.5 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of worn out /unserviceable pressure gauge 100 mm dia of suitable range with all necessary tubing etc to make serviceable condition fitted in water chiller line complete all as specified.

Cleaning of cooling coil and air filter of Air Handling Units installed at air conditioning plant by removing air filters and fixing back after cleaning with air blower, water and cleaning agent, cleaning of cooling coil with wire brush and air blower and water spray pump after spraying scal Gun AL or equivalent chemical suitable for aluminium fins and straightening the fins of cooling coil using suitable brush cleaning of bottom tray, drain pipe complete one coat of painting with synthetic enamal paint after rubbing of existing surface and applying one coat of primer inside and outside complete all as directed

Repair/Replacement of MCB TPN/FP 40 to 100 Amp and breaking capacitry 10 KA complete as directed.

Material and labour, rewinding of Exhaust fan three phase induction motor 1.5 KW/ 2HP 415 volt 940 rpm of any make of with suitable gauge of super enameled copper conductor including winding with fibre cloth/PVC insulated winding paper, superior quality varnishing, servicing of ball bearings, two coats of synthetic enamel spray painting, suitable main connections from coil to terminal box, opening of motor, cutting/removing old burnt winding coils, cleaning/filing the starter slots, necessary mechinical works for shaft/bearing housing, preparing and inserting coils running/starting winding, interconnecting, fixing, soldering, jointing, heating, drying up coils, connection at site, to and for transportation, testing at site, replacing new connection terminal plate of following sizes satisfactorily running all as specified

Supply and installed commerical multiple scroll compressor suitable for 21 Ton capacity AC Plant on existing size Danfoss model no SZ185S4RC with refrigrent R407CR134a R404A R507A thermally protected system LP side PS 25 bar TS max 54 oC to -35 oC and HP side PS 31.9 bar TS max 65 oC to -35 oC complete with compressor oil including all connection complete all as directed. Make- DENFOS Model No. SZ185S4RC or as approved by GE (I).

M&L for painting of out door AC Plant Unit with spray painting machine with synthetic enamele paint of existing colour two coat and black paint in Angle iron / chanel / MS flat or stand after scratcing with sand paper or any other suitable mean up to satisfactory level of Engr-in-Charge and Re-clean the existing name plate or machine description number plate visible by any means complete all as directed.

M&L rewinding of exhaust fan for package type plant outdoor unit with suitable gauge supper enamelled copper wire as required including ball bearing & connected items, necessary cutting of old burnt winding wire, cleaning of slots, greasing and provision of necessary threading /sleeve work and taking out connection in lead with PVC copper wire of appropriate size upto connector block complete and all as specified.

S&F in replacement of capacitor AC 440 volts 6 mfd to 10 Mfd connection complete all as specified & directed

M&L for fabrication (welding work/souldering) of AC plant arresting leakges on plant all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly to ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Mtr below the ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50 Mtr below normal ground level connected to GI strip 32 x 6 mm size and earthing lead protected with 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade, filling around with charcoal dust and salt including excavation, returning, filling of earth and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and connected to GI strip by means of GI nuts, bolts and washers strip connected to earth plate including chamber PCC 1 : 3 : 6 type C1. using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in concrete pit pre-cast RCC 40 mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia round at the rate of 75 mm C/C both way with 12 mm dia mild steel plain bar lifting handle 2 Nos funnel with wire mesh 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade watering pipe and frame work complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part - I 2007 including testing and test point complete. (GI strip upto 7.5 m length in included in unit rate quoted by contractor and beyond this lengths the same shall be measured & paid separately

M & L for cement concrete(1:3:6) type0, M-10 using 12.5mm mm graded coarse aggregate for repairing surfaces complete including surface dressing and leveling by surface excavation wherever required complete in all respect or as directed.

Cleaning or surface excavation or dressing not exceeding 30 cm deep around the area of outdoor of Nano & Polymer bldg, AC plant area, DG set area etc by cutting and removal/uprouting of unwanted grass/bushes, small trees including surface dressing and levelling by surface excavation wherever required complete in all respect or as directed.
