S&F 30mm thick preprelaminated perforated PVC false ceiling panel made of 5mm wall thickness PVC perforated sheet of size 600x600mm on glass wool 5.00mm (+ 0.25 ) prelam perforated PVC sheet of density 600Kg / cbm manufactured by an ISO -9001-2015 certified company is stuck with glass wool on one side with suitable adhesive. The panel is inserted in the frame made of anodised Aluminium of GI 'T' section of size 1"x1" (25mmx25mm) in square type grid of size 2'x2' (600x600mm). The aluminium / GI Frame work is supported from the ceiling with the help of 'J' hook and GI wire / 6mm MS rods of required sizes to maintain proper level .The aluminium / GI frame work is supported on side wall with the help of aluminium GI "L" section of size 1"x1" (25mmx25mm) angles complete as per directions of Engineer in - Charge, manufacture, specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) for laying further floor finises of tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of walls for fixing of wall tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceremic coloured tiled of size 350x250x7mm / 450x350x7mm thick in vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7mm to 8mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm, laid in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, laid in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.00 but n.exc 2.00 Sqm each leaf and refixing in the same opening including necessary easing and adjusting complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, vitreous china wash hand basin, white, flat back, size 550 X 400 mm excluding taps, wash, chain and plug and procelain stopper but including brackets cutting for pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand and 32mm dia waste coupling and waste pipe (half or full thread) (min weight 32mm-45 gms) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs, vitreous china squatting pan, Orissa pattern, size 580 X 440 mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) but including connection to trap and flush pipe, anti-syphonge pipe and incl trap set in lime concrete etc complete including making good to floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs, 10 ltrs PVC valveless, syphonic action type flushing cistern, low level, white with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs, stainless steel kitchen sink with drainage board of over all size 915 mm X 460 mm and bowl size 410 mm X 330 mm X 160 mm, 1 mm thick with plug, washers and wastes including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, fixed in opening as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick style consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rails, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded /sealed to the styles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supply and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100 mm long medium weight, cold rolled mild steel butt hinge complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150 mm long Aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolt of extruded section complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm aluminum anodised handle, cast type, anodised and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm dia bore steel tubing and connection including cleaning for re-fixing or removing from site / keeping aside for reuse complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm dia bore galvanized iron water tubing (ISI marked), medium weight with all fittings and fixed to walls, ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks in cement mortar (1:6), straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement of cement lime plaster from brick walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water to receive plaster and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 1mm thick wall care putty and one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing decorative treatment of any description on plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 1mm thick wall care putty and one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.
