Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 1.5 K.M.but n exc.5 K.M. and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 150mm bore dia RCC pipe class NP2 laid and jointed in cement mortar with collars and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200mm bore dia RCC pipe class NP2 laid and jointed in cement mortar with collars and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300mm bore dia RCC pipe class NP2 laid and jointed in cement mortar with collars and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes of 150mm bore dia including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid complete all as specified and directed ,

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coat of cement based paint on plastered un-plastered surfaces of wall including one coat or primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC n. exc 15 cm thickness in floors, roofs or pavings and throwing debris at low lying area not exc 1 km complete all as specified and directed

M&L for glazed chequered cement concrete tiles 20 cmX20 cmX22 mm / 30 cmX30cmx20 mm, set in jointed with pigments to match the shade of tiles over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm Graded Stone Aggregate), as in Surface Channels and Drains, etc, including use and waste of necessary Form Work, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hard core of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken granite stone deposited spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending hooking etc & binding with mild steel binding steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia conforming to Fe-410-S or Fe – 410-O complete all as specified and directed.

Topographical survey of boundaries for proposed land (approx.80 acre ) Internal points measured-Spot Levels (NOT interpolated) each 10x10 m Contour-lines (Isolines) every 1m in flat or constant-slope areas and every 0.25m in irregular areas In nalla area spot level needs to be taken on the either side of the bund and bottom of the bund. The distance between bund at the top and bottom shall be shown in topography drawing. Note:-repair/replacement for any damage of existing cable/pipe lines/ sewage lines/hard standing etc will be born by contractor.
