Demolition or breaking up drain pipes150 mm internal dia of bore (salt glazed ware AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including breaking and removal of bedding and hunching complete all as specified and as directed

M&L plain cement cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster on Brick or Stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any descrption and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified.

M&L precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab/drain cover etc or any other similar work set in CM 1:6 including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for lintels and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earth work in excavation of all kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulical excavator)/manualy in foundation trenches or drains/laying of sewage pipe or similar work (not exceeding 1.5 in depth and width or 10 Sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5mtr complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Glass dividing strips, 3 mm thick and dwidth of strips is 38mm complete all as specified and directed

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel up to 45mm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds,/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drain of 150 mm dia and over, making good to pipes and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (½ round or ¾ section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, smooth finished, and reforming benching as required, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of cast iron drain pipes 100 mm dia, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of cast iron drain pipes 75 mm dia, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F cast iron soil, sand cast pipes of 100 mm dia waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition Plain Cement Concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floors or pavings not exc. 15mm thickness (Below or above Ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base to floor finished rough to receive finishes. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) around the interlocking tiles/becnhing and haunching complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc) sheets in roof coverings complete all as directed.

Dismantling timber scantling, unframed, 40 sq cm and over in section in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to comman rafters and running rails and guided for sliding doors, frame work for chajjas/rain gaurd, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plaste including cutting, welding etc Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick, AZ 150 of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly or previously untreated steel or iron surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point and disposing the soil in low lying area completed all as diected by Engr-in- Charge.

S & F in repair 10 litre capacity, PVC valveless, symphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level , white with inlet, ball valve float, and handle including brackets and connections to pipes, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Grating doom 125 mm dia with waste hole of PTMT (Minimum weight 40 grms), complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair Vitreous china wash basin , white , flat back, size 550 x 400 mm, excluding taps waste ,chain and plug and porcelain stopper but incluing brackets, and cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or errecting stand, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair Vitreous china squatting pan 'orrisa' pattern size 580 x 440 mm white integral floor rests ( excluding flushing cistern ) including connection to trap and to flushing pipe anti syphonage pipe etc complete including making good to floor, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair MS brackets for WHB/kitchen sink including taking out of existing WHB and kitchen sink and fixed in same position including making good etc complete all as specified and directed.

Note for Item No 1 to 57:- (a) The contractor shall be employee adequate numbers of of tradesman/labour for timely completion of the complaint as per time frame given below :- (i) Priority-I : Complaints pertains to blockage of WC/EWC upto first manhole and blockage Kitchen Traps/WHB Floor traps etc will be attended on priority-I and the same will be completed within 4 to 8 hrs. (ii) Priority-II : Complaints pertains to major leakage of sewage water and blockage of sewage upto first manhole, placing of manhole cover after cleaning, will be attended on priority-II and the same will be completed within 24 hrs. (iii) Priority-III : Complaints pertains to renewal/replacement of sewage line/gutters will be attended on priority-III and the same will be completed within one week. (iv) Contractor or his supervisor shall collect the complaint/job card from JE concerned between 0900 hrs to 1000 hrs on all working days and deposited the same after completion of job duly signed by user/occupants on next day. (v) Summary of complaints will prepared by the contractor and put up to Engineer-in-Charge last date of every month. (vi) If contractor shall not attend the complaint as per time frame given in Para (i) to (iii), Rs 50/- per complaint per hour per day for Seial No (ii) & (iii) above will be recovered from the RAR/Final bill.
