S&F plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment. conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously un-treated steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. (Note: 1. The colour of sheet for bldg shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge. 2.Sheeting shall be fixed at any height.

M&L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete as specified and as directed..

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out, in soft /loose soil for laying of under ground cable/pipe etc. complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil, complete, all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50 meter and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring concealed type with 2.5sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multistranded FRLSH copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade incl. 2.5 Sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drawn through and incl. medium grade PVC rigid conduit not less than 20 mm dia with its accessories, galvanized pressed steel terminal boxes of thickness 1.0 mm covered including 3mm thick laminated sheet cover for fixing switches/ socket/regulators etc., for one 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet on Independent board with necessary accessories.

S&F Switch socket outlet combination 2 in 1, 3 pin, 6 Amps, flush type universal, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC/Polycorbonate ceiling rose three terminals, isolated body, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F wall/surface mounted type LED light fitting batten type complete with LED 1x 20 watt (4 feet long), extruded aluminium body with heat sink provided for efficient heat dissipation and integrate electronic drive complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with 3 core twisted flexible copper conductor cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing in replacement SPN Distribution Board 8 way, metal double door, neutral busbar, earth bar, din bar, blanking plates in unused spaces etc as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCBs Single pole neutral 32 Amp of breaking capacity 10 KA, 'C' curve, ISI marked including required wiring connections with copper lugs of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCBs Single pole 6 to 32 Amp of breaking capacity 10 KA, B curve, ISI marked including required wiring connections with copper lugs of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with 2.5 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area, two single core, 1100 Volt grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, ISI marked, unsheathed, FRLSH copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 2.5 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volt grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLSH copper conductor cable and connected to common earth and earth dolly with suitable copper lugs and drawing into and including rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of 25 mm dia, medium grade, ISI marked complete with and including all PVC conduit accessories concealed into wall by cutting of chases in wall and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing including taking out the unserviceable sub main wiring complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.00 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal GL and connected to earth plate . Earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick packed layers of charcoal/coke and common salt upto 0.90 meter depth all around the earth plate and connected to earth lead of GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to equipments/panels and protected by galvanized iron or steel pipe light grade 40 mm bore and water pipe 20 mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Pt I of 2009 and also including making test point for testing of earthing complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: 1. RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-I , 50mm thick reinforced with XPM weighting not less than 4 KG/sqmm in lieu of CI cover. 2. Charcoal/coke and common salt upto 0.90 meter depth shall be filled in layers of 15 centimeters all around the earth plate. 3. On testing after completion of earthing if desired earth resistance is not achieved , the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to obtain the desired earth values.

Supply, laying and testing of LT cable 1100 volt grade XLPE insulated underground electric cable PVC bedded and sheathed steel wire/strip armoured aluminum stranded conductor of size 10 Sqmm, 2 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing sand cushioning with dry fine sand including filling, spreading, levelling in layers in cable trench with approved quality of sand for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & laying burnt clay bricks, sub class 'B', designation 75, old size laid in trenches as in cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Labour and T&P for boring holes horizontally under road/pavement/hard standing/ footpath/blast wall without damaging the surface of road (minimum 1.0 meter below the road surface) with the help of GI tubing not exc.100mm bore for passing of U/G cable, complete all as specified and directed. Note: GI pipe laid will be measured and paid separately under the respective item of schedule.

M&L for 80 mm bore GI tubing light grade with all fittings laid across road or across PCC drains, along electric pole or floor/wall for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.
