General Technical Requirements (GTR) / Commissioning: - a) Emission Control retrofit device shall be complete with safety precautions to ensure no damage should be done to the DG set operations under any circumstances. The Emission Control retrofit device should be closely coupled with the DG exhaust to ensure 100% of the exhaust passes through the Emission Control retrofit device.
b) Anti-Vibration mountings shall be provided for complete Emission Control retrofit device in case of flexible coupling with the diesel generator exhaust.
c) Emission Control retrofit device should have protection against under voltage, over voltage, under frequency, over frequency, low battery voltage, over current, earth-fault, short circuit, phase sequence change etc.
d) The Emission Control retrofit device shall be with corrosion resistive and HR paint.
e) Unloading and placement of the Emission Control retrofit device at the time of delivery is in the scope of buyer. The consignee shall ensure that the site is located along a motorable way.
f) The seller shall provide the trial run (Testing) of Emission Control retrofit device. The seller shall conduct trial run of the Emission Control retrofit device with the available electrical load at site. The trial run shall be for TWO hours. The electrical loading shall not be more than the rated capacity of the DG set.
g) Exhaust piping, extra civil work, distribution board shall be provided by the seller
