Demolition and breaking up 150 mm dia (Salt glazed ware ,AC / CI or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortor drain pipe, jointed set in cement mortor.incl pcc if any and taking out of trenches,floor & walls if required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm bore SGSW drain pipe (Grade-A) laid in trenches and jointed in CM 1:1 and tested complete all as specified and directed. Make:

M&L for concrete bed for 150 mm bore pipe in laid with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 to drain pipes including packing under, haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filing in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance exc 250m but n/exc 500m and depositing where directed

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, fillings, mass concreting complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed. Note: All debris obtained from demolition shall be removed 1.5km to 2km complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate 75mm thick as in plinth protection finished fair even laid in alternate bays n.exc 2m in length all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonary,built in cement mortar incl all quoins , pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class ‘B’ bricks in one brick thick honey comb walling, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken brick coarse aggregate 63mm size for filling of Soak wells complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc incl racking out joints , hacking for key , scrubbibg down with water etc.complete all as specified and directed. Note: All debris obtained from taking shall be removed 1.5km to 2km complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm on fair faces of brick work finished even and smooth without using extra cement in CM (1:4) mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed. Note: All debris obtained from demolition shall be removed 1.5km to 2km complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 20 mm graded aggregate as in cover slabs for septic tank/ manholes/drains set in cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required incl. cranking hooking ends and binding with and incl. MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed

S&F MS round bar of 10mm dia and over as in rungs/ handle for manhole cover complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, channel benching of manhole, laid to shape and slope surfaces,including slightly rounded or chamfered angles and including necessary form work finishing exposed surface.

S&F in repairs PVC waste pipe for urinal complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 110mm dia CP grating doom shape with centre/ with out hole complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., and removal complete and all as specified and directed

S&F for 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls.

S&F for 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bend/Tee/shoe of any radius complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply only stack clamp out of 50mm by 3mm flat iron and 16 mm dia round iron stays fixed to pipe of bore 110mm/75mm complete all as specified.

Cleaning and removing of blockage of any type of sludge /efflucent etc in sewage line any dia including affected manholes and disposal of waste materials / spoils upto a distance of 50 mtrs by any means maually with the help of green bamboo or any other mechanical method including washing out manhole and sewage line and disposal of waste / sludge in pits complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Each time cleaning of blockage shall be paid and measured seperately.

S&F of Solid FRP man hole cover of size 76cmx76cm with handle fitted to manhole any type complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Fluton polymers/Sigma or as equivalent brand all as specified and directed.

Cleaning, dislodging and Pumping out of water / liquid / sludge or any other waste/materials stagnated in septic tank / soak wells through machanical through hose pipe or by other means upto distance of exc 250 mtr and n.exc 1.5KM . depositing the same into a pit and covering with a excavated earth layers.Finally top position to be covered by a layer of each earth spreading bleaching powder @ 200 gms per Sqmt for disinfections purpose all as directed complete all as specified and directed. Note- Excavation of pit is deemed to be included in this item.

Demolition of existing gully trap chamber and construction of half brick work chamber of size 450 x300mm in CM 1:4 including plastreing in CM 1:4, PCC coping (1:2:4) type B0 with RCC cover slab of required size including disposal of waste/ sludge complete all as directed.

Cutting into exisiting manholes 150mm dia for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for attending of sewage complaints for blockage of WHB, WC, Urinals, Sinks, bottle trap, floor trap, Nahani traps, WC gully trap, vertical CI pipe/PVC pipes of any dia including junction holes of any description in the AOR of AGE(I) Talbehat. with and including petty repairs items/materials i.e. screws, washers, plugs, grease etc., cutting of grass, vegetation, shrubs etc., digging out roots completely by crow bars, chisel etc., cleaning of sewer/rain water pipelines with manholes laid in any situation for cleaning and removing blockage from entire system and making it fully functional and removal of sludge / mud , complete all as directed. Note : Any major item/material which are required to be replaced shall be paid under respective item of this schedule. The cost of minor items like nails / screws / hexa blades / washers / plugs / grease etc. shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates only. NOTE - All the complaint(s) will be addressed and rectified within same day from the time of receipt of complaint. If, contractor or his tradesmen fails to attend and rectify the complained within 24 hrs from the time of receipt of complaint, the compensation/penalty of Rs. 50.00 (Rupees Fifty only) per complaint per hr. for first 02 hrs. and after that Rs. 100.00 (Rupees One Hundred only) per complaint per hr. shall be recovered from the contractor’s dues. Note:- Each time cleaning of blockage shall be paid and measured separately.

Note :- Debris obtained from all items should be removed in low lying areas as directed by Engr-in-charge out of MOD Land. (Rates quoted for items are deemed to be included for this, where removal of debris in the items is not considered.)
