M&L Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by mechanical paver complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing dual directional reflective cat eye of aluminium casted stud 100 x 100 mm having plastic ABS strip containing 31 mini retro reflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow one side provided with zinc plated nail of 12 mm dia and length 120 mm for fixing to road by hammering, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 2.0 mm thick marking lines, dashes arrows, strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/ colour n exc 10cm width/girth on road surface using hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint mixed with radium glass beads @ 250 gms/Sqm with automatic machine to provide reflectivity and night vision (approximate temperature being 200° Celsius at the time of laying) including cleaning the surface by removing all dirt, dust & all other foreign matters, demarcation at site and traffic control, complete all as specified & directed.

Preparation of exisitng black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc applying evenly a priming tack coat of paving bitumen @ 5kg/10sqm on bituminious surface and material and labour for providing 30 mm consolidated thickness mastic asphalt concrete wearing coarse (as per MORTH para 516 specifications) with industrial bitumen of grade VG-30 prepared by using mechanical mastic cooker as per ISI specification and laid to required level and slope including antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine graded hard stone chipping of approved size @ 0.005 cum per 10sqm centre to centre in both direction pressed into surface (product surface) 1mm to 4mm over mastic surface with width of panel should not exceed 90 cm including sealing of laid surfaces with blow lamp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Mastic asphalt concrete is to be provided in area shaded/ covered with trees and in heavily stressed areas like junctions and turning.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement over sand cusioning complete all as specified and directed. (Sand to be measured and paid separately).

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregare) as in kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges for proper matching with existing surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L premix bituminous macadam laid rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less), binder content 4 % of binder content by weight of total mix using bitumen VG-30 laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller by using mechanical paver all as specified and directed.
