Supply install testing and commissioning of outgoing VCB Panel board totally enclosed, Floor mounted Metal Clad, Indoor type Horizontal Draw out & Horizontal Isolation Vacuum Circuit Breaker suitable for installation in 3 Phase, 50Hz, 11KV, 18.1kA for 1 Sec, 630A, 100/50/5+5A Cu busbar effectively Earthed supply system comprising of housing for triple pole, single throw type Vacuum Circuit breaker. Circuit breakers shall be horizontal isolation and horizontal draw out type, having SERVICE, TEST and DISCONNECTED positions with positive indication for each position, mechanical interlocks, safety shutters, 06 Nos Isolating Plugs and a VCB Trolley with three vacuum interrupters & epoxy supports insulators and self aligning finger type isolating contacts, Trucks having integral locking-in Device for insertion and withdrawal of VCB complete with necessary interlocks. Channel Base Frame mounted (to be mounted on the 3 side covered brick. pedestal of height 600mm above ground level) , suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having on load Changeover( Make- C&S/L&T/Schenieder) of size 400 Amp . The panel box shall be duly fabricated in a approved / certified factory / fabrication house who posseses type test certificate from CPRI for similar type of Feeder Pillar and having modern fabrication and testing facility which includes atleast seven (07) tanks pre-treatment facility comprising of de-greasing, rinsing, de-rusting, rinsing, phosphating, rinsing and passivation followed by powder coated painting (thickness not less than 80 Micron) with approved shade of RAL 7032 (SIEMENS GRAY). Channel Base Frame mounted (to be mounted on the 3 side covered brick. pedestal of height 600mm above ground level) , suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos Aluminium bus bars of rating 250 amps, Provision of Spreader link to both incoming & Outgoing MCCBs for termination of cables . The Feeder Pillar shall be duly fabricated in a approved / certified factory / fabrication House who posseses type test certificate from CPRI for similar type of Feeder Pillar . The Feeder Pillar shall be provided with suitable rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. PROVISION FOR CABLE ENTRY :- The provision for cable entry / exit shall be provided from the bottom for both incoming and outgoing cables. BUS BARS & INTERNAL CONNECTIONS :- The bus bars should be made of Aluminium, duly insulated with 1100 volts grade standard colour coded PVC sleeves and rigidly mounted on suitable size 'F' class insulators of non hygroscopic non combustable, track resistant, high strength FRP / SMC / DMC material. 4 Nos Aluminium bus bars of rating 250 amps, . For all internal connections from main bus bars to MCCBS shall be carried out with heat shrink type PVC insulated aluminium flats of suitable size and from bus bars to MCBs with suitable size FRLS PVC insulated multi flexible type copper wires as per the current carrying capacity of individual switch gears. Earthing bar shall be provided as per standard practice and shall be made of Galvanized Steel flats of size 25mm x 6 mm CONTROL WIRING :- All control wirings shall have to be carried out with 1100 volts rated FRLS grade PVC insulated (Gray Colour) multi-flexible type copper wire of cross sectional area 1.50 Sq mm and shall be properly bunched,tied and dressed, ferrule marked for proper identification and crimped with suitable size & type of tinned copper lugs and shall be wrapped with PVC spring type flexible pipes near the door hinges.
