Note: [a] The Transformers shall also be provided with following Terminal Arrangement & Fittings and rate quoted against respective item is deemed to be included for the same:Terminal Arrangement:[i] HV & LV Side: Cable Box,[ii] Quad furcating cable box with five compression glands for PVC Cable and One additional neutral terminal shall be brought out separately for earthing purpose on LV Side.[iii] First filling of new and unused Transformer Oil [IS – 335 Marked], filtered and tested up to 60KV dielectric strength at 2.5mm air gap between testing electrodes. Certification of dielectric strength shall be submitted by the Contractor after filling the oil. Taking down existing BER Transformer of any type and capacity (500 KVA to 100 KVA) from the existing platform including disconnecting all electric connections, transporting and depositing the Transformer to MES Store Yard including taking down Cable Box and demolition of existing platform of any size and description including use of necessary T & P and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches/ foundation in soft/ loose soil not exc. 1.5 metre wide and n'exc. 1.50m deep for HT under ground cable/pole foundation and getting out including forming bottom surface to required level or slope, complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25Cm in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material in soft/ loose soil n'exc 50M and depositing where directed at a level n'exc1.5M above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to U/G cable in layers of 23 cm thick ( 8 Cm before laying the cable and 15 Cm thick after laying the cable) in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Only Puned down volume shall be measured.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type I, flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm laid dry for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed

Supply and lay burnt best quality locally available old size sub class 'B' bricks laid in trenches perpendicular to U/G cable for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring holes horizontally under road without damaging the surface of road ( minimum 1.0 Metre below the road surface with the help of GI tubing not exc 80 mm bore(dia) for passing UG cable, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : - GI Pipe laid will be measured and paid separately under respective item

S&F of 80 mm bore GI tubing light grade with all fittings laid across road, in trenches or across PCC drain, along electric pole or floor/wall for cable protection with suitable size of MS clamps and nut and botls/washers complete all as specified.

Supply and lay in trenches or passing through pipe XLPE insulated armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 630 Sqmm 3.5 core all as specified and directed

(a) S&F Air circuit breaker Manual Fixed (MF) type with microprocessor release 800 A , 50 KA breaking capacity, 415 volts, 4 pole, 50 cycle - 01 No. (b) LED indicating lamp - 03 Nos. (c) Multifunction meter Accuracy Class 1.0 to measure the following parameters such as V, A, F, PF, kW, kVA - 01 No N0TE:(i) All metering connection shall be protected by proper bakelite rewireable fuses.(ii)Cost of PCC foundation is included in the above cost.

M&L Cross-arms, Bracings, Supports, Clamps and Back Plates fabricated from Structural Steel Sections including Nuts, Bolts, Washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for Bolts, in any shape or size as indicated/ directed and inclusive of two coat of Aluminium Paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for lightning arrester 11000 volts non linear resister type conforming to IS-3070 part-I, line discharge class-2, nominal discharge 10 KA and high discharge 65 KA assembly complete suitable for 11 KV including all clamps, nuts, bolts and washers and connecting to earth with 4 mm dia GI wire all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of switch air break gang operated HT 11000 volts grade triple pole with 9 insulators, 200 amp capacity current rating complete with dropout fuse assembly with fuse carrier fuse elements mounted on insulators and steel frame mechanically operated mechanism from ground level consisting of rod of 25 mm nbore GI pipe, light grade of suitable length worked from ground level with locking arrangement fixed with flat iron clamp 50X6 mm and MS channel of suitable size & length for fixing GO/DO including bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erecting Steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate , finial taper plug , bolts , nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55, 11 mtr long, complete all as specified and shown on drawings including the followings:-(a) Excavation in post holes in any types of soil, returning filling, well ramming and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr from the starting points.(b) PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation including form work.(c) PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including form work.(d) PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in base.(e) Painting of poles externally with one coat of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and above plinth block concrete collar with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface including painting of 30 cm wide bands 3 Nos with synthetic enamel paint of appropriate colour in alternate layer upto height of 1.5 m above plinth block.(f) Painting of coping shall be cement base paint complete all as directed.(g) Embeded portion shall be painted with two coat of black bituminous paint complete all as directed. Note:- (i) This item consists of provision of steel pole and work mentioned in para (a) to (g) only. All other connected work, shall be measured and paid on this account.
