S&F in replacement of unserviceable sub main wiring with two single core PVC FRLSH IS-694 cable with copper conductor of size 6 sqmm and drawing through Link rigid non metallic PVC conduit (concealed conduit) including 6 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded FRLSH IS-694 cable copper conductor cable connected to earth and earth dolly in conduit including connecting to main board including non metallic PVC conduit medium grade of 25 mm dia size with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply fixing in replacement of 200 watt flood light fitting with minimum 100 lumen per watt from replacing with High mast tower / pole of any length/ specification ,energy saving IP 65 protection ,required nut bolt washer etc including making electric connection using three core copper flexible cable drawn through in PVC flexible conduit complete all as specified and directed. Note : Quoted rate shall include cost to take down/ up replacing of inter connection cable etc and other required site work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply,erecting and fixing steel tubular swaged pole 9.00 mtr long type 410 SP-31 conforming to IS-2713-1980. respectively in true vertical position, complete with CI base plate, pole cap, bolts, nuts & screws including taking down old pole any type complete all as specified with and including the following:- (i) Excavation for pole foundation & getting out in hard / dense soil, returning, filling in the excavated soil after fixing the pole in foundation, ramming earth around in layers n.exc 25 cm thick and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 meters. (ii) M&L for providing PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in base of pole of size 1200mm x 600mm x 150 mm all as specified and directed. (iii) M&L for providing PCC 1:3:6, type C2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation 1200mm x 600mm x 1800 mm (sub base as mass concrete) for concrete encasing the pole up to GL all as specified and directed. (iv) M&L for providing PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for plinth block /Collar above GL, 300 mm high and 450 mm x 450 mm square or as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as directed and as specified. (v) M&L for painting of pole externally with two coats of black bituminous paint up to planting depth. The remaining portion of exterior shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and above plinth block/ concrete collar with two coats of aluminium paint including preparation of surfaces including painting three nos circular strips each of 100 mm wide with one blue and 02 Nos white colour strip synthetic enamel paint and marking / stencil writing of pole numbers with black paint complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Necessary Excavation and earth work, PCC Work for foundation of pole assembly shall deemed to be included in this item and nothing extra shall be admissible.
