Supply and fixing in replacement closing coil 24 volts of SF6 breaker at 33 KV, including making connection and testing on completion all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement tripping coil 24 volts of SF6 breaker at 33 KV, including making connections and testing on completion all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling sulfur hexafloride gas (SF6) in SF 6 breaker to maintain pressure as recommendede by the manufacturer, including replacement of rubber seal and testing on completion all as specified and directed.

Supply , Install and testing in replacement of unserviceable HT 33 kV vertical swing triple pole gang operated air break switch (GOD) consisting of twelve insulator (3 insulators in each phase and one each for DO fuse). Mounted over the MS channel frame, operating mechanism, operating handle GI medium grade 25 mm bore, 3 mtr long with locking arrangement system connected with operating handle and 7 leaver lock of Godrej, moving and fixed jaws, tinted copper jumpher strip etc suitable for 33KV 200 Amp current rating complete all as specified and directed at site.

Disconnecting taking out air break switch, gang operated switch HT 33 KV triple pole horizontal/vertical type , mannually operated for repairing and service mounted on insulator, and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from GL, including refixing after repairing by replacement of new spares it required and servicing, complete all as specified and directed. Note : New spares shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only under respective item of Sch 'A'.

Compression type connector for stud type heavy duty terminal.

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable fuse carrier tube from existing DO fuse unit and supply and replace new fuse carrier glass tube with metal fitting on both ends in same DO fuse unit 33 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentling and taking out existing damaged /defective 33 KV post insulator and supply & replacement of new 33 KV post insulators complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for four in series disc type insulator porcelain vitreous 145 cm height and 255 mm dia ball and socket type brown colour for working pressure 33 KV complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair pin type insulator porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut, 260mm height , 290mm dia for 33 KV electric pressure complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair lightening arrestor suitable for 33 KV grade , non linear resistance type complete with all fittings transmission class for outdoor discharge capacity 10 KA incl all clamp, nuts and washers with connections and earthing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of transformer of capacity 33/11 KV 1.6 MVA with one coat with heat resistant grey colour paint with spray gun incl surface preparation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of transformer 33/0.433 KV 25 KVA externally with one coat heat resistant grey colour paint with spray gun incl surface preparation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of outdoor SF 6 breaker 33 KV with one coat of synthetic enamel grey colour paint and iron structure with aluminium paint with spray gun incl surface preparation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for on line Dehydration of HV/EHV grade transformer oil including filteration using automatic centrifuging machine minimum three cycles to achieve dielectric strength 40 to 60 KV breaking capacity at 2.5mm gap by absorbing and abolishing all sludge particles as per BS-66-1963 including topping up with new transformer oil as required complete all as specified & directed. Note- (i) Centrifuging Machine with all T&P & testing machine of oil required for dehydration shall be arrange by contractor. (ii) BDV testing report before and after dehydration will be submitted by the contractor from auth workshop/site in presence of Engr-in-Charge (iii) Oil required for topping up the transformer will be measured & paid separately as supply only under respective item of this Sch.

Supply and filling in replacemt transfor oil in transformer. Note : Sealed container only will be brought at site with minimum BDV 60 KV complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Transol, Power, Savita.

Disconnection of all electric connection and taking down old defective unserviceable PT and S&F new 33 KV potential transformer 3 phase , oil cooled type 33/11 KV/110 volts with suitable V A burden per phase accuracy class 0.5 complete including its connection for primary and secondary complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnection of all electric connection and taking down old defective unserviceable CT and S&F new 33 KV current transformer 3 phase , oil cooled type 100/50/5 Amp with suitable V A burden per phase accuracy class 0.5 complete including its connection for primary and secondary complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for checking (All connections and mechanism) cleaning servicing overhauling,testing complete of 3 phase 11 KV Ring main unit any type/make outdoor type respectively as mentioned below :- NOTE : (i) All the instruments,primary and secondary injection kit and T&P required for the above job shall be arranged by the contractor at site and cost of the deemed to be included in the above rates. (ii) All the test record shall be mentioned and signed by the testing engineer and contractor and Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) The above work shall be performed by HT expert/ engineer. (a) Taking out incoming and outgoing HT 11 KV 3 core cables from the electric system and checking CTs 03 Nos of each breaker for insulation and calibrating with the help of primary injection & testing kit for primary triping system in presence of Engr-in-Charge and reconnecting the incoming and outgoing HT cables complete of panels ,complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Inspecting, servicing and testing all mechanical & electrical parts and the connections of control wiring availability of proper DC supply and AC supply,incoming and outgoing connections and tightening them,cleaning the contacts and terminal with CTC solution and using the blower for dusting testing it for satisfactory operation raising and lowering mechanism in presense of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. (c) Taking out existing over current relay 02 Nos and earth fault relay 01 No from the 11KV breaker (3 Nos In each) and calibrating the relays with the help of secondary injection kit and proper setting of relays and refixing back in existing position testing of proper tripping system in presence of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Suuply and fix in replacement of following spares of SF6 Ring Main unit including servicing and replacement of bushing :-

(a) Supply and fixing gas chamber with SF6 gas.

(b) Supply and fixing of Mechanism compartment with 'O' ring

(c) Supply and fixing of bus bar spout and bushing of RMU 06 Nos

(d) Supply and fixing of self supplied protection relay

M&L for opening Dismantling the transformer of capacity 2000 KVA by lifting the top cover taking out the HV leg coil and LV leg coil and draining out the transformer oil in barral and dehydration of HV/EHV grade transformer oil including filteration using automatic centrifuging machine minimum three cycles to achieve dielectric strength 40 to 60 KV breaking capacity at 2.5mm gap by absorbing and abolishing all sludge particles as per BS-66-1963 including topping up with new transformer oil including cleaning the transformer chamber (body) inside and out side throughly with emery paper and cloth than checked the winding and other worn-out parts such as HV/LV coils and other connected items as Tap-changer, breather assembly, bush etc and replacement of new spares i.e. tap changer, bush etc, HV/LV coil rewinding with DPC enamelled copper wire/ strip of adequate size, guage and number of turn complete and connected to existing serviceable strip by jointing with soldring and reinsulation with cotton tape over strip including using insulating material like varnish to limb coil fire proof type and sleeves etc by drying and baking of Insulating material in heating chamber in adequate temprature reassembling the transformer HV/LV connection with help of soldering Dehydration of HV/EHV grade transformer oil including filteration using automatic centrifuging machine minimum three cycles to achieve dielectric strength 40 to 60 KV breaking capacity at 2.5mm gap by absorbing and abolishing all sludge particles as per BS-66-1963 including topping up with new transformer oil.Testing of transformer after reassembly complete on No load at workshop and ON load at site incl painting to the transformer with super enameled Heat resistant paint all as specified and directed.

Note -(i) Tap changer,will be Supply and fixed by contractor (ii) M&L for winding of HT/LV coil with DPC enamelled copper/aluminium wire of existing size & guage including insulation shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch 'A'. (iii) Power transformer shall be got repaired from authorised work shop of Manufacturers or any other works shop which have authoristaion from UPPCL for repair of such capacity transformer. (iv) Following test shall be conducted before installation & commissioning on site. (v) Following test shall be conducted before installation & commissioning on site. ( a) Insulation Resistance Test (by 5000 V megger) (b) Ratio Test (c) Double voltage & double frequency Test (d) Transformer oil value BDV test (e) Tap changing test off load for all tap position

M&L for rewinding of burnt HV/LV coil of transformer with TPC enamelled copper wire/strip of existing size & guage incl insulating material complete all as specified and directed .

Supply, install, testing in replacement of unserviceable numerical over current & Earth falt relay type aux voltage 20 to 110 volts AC/DC, CT rating 1A or 5A , with inbuilt master trip & TCS feature. Relay should have minimum 4 digital Binary Inputs and 6 Digital output contacts suitable for AC/DC operation universel type including wiring of the relay with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheted copper wire with numbering tags, thimble, insulation material, nut bolts etc including taking down existing complete all as specified and directed.Cat part No.MC61A of make L&T or equivalent model in specified Makes ie siemens/Alstom/ABB/JVS as approved by GE

Disconnecting 33 KV defective limb/pole of the SF6 breaker, and S&F of new limb of SF6 breaker as per sample alongwith its testing complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair HV bush Insulator complete with copper rod as per existing material & size and nut suitable for indoor/outdoor type transformer 1600 KVA complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair HV bushing Insulator complete with copper rod as per existing material & size and nut suitable for indoor/outdoor type transformer 2000 KVA complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair LV bush Insulator complete with copper rod as per existing material & size and nut suitable for indoor/outdoor type transformer 1600 KVA complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair LV bush Insulator complete with copper rod as per existing material & size and nut suitable for indoor/outdoor type transformer 2000 KVA complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for filling silica gel in breather of Transformers complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L in replacement of unserviceable end jointing kit, outdoor type heat shrinkable, 120 sqmm, 3 core suitable for 33KV, XLPE electric cable complete all as specified and directed:

M&L in replacement of unserviceable Straight Through jointing kit, outdoor type heat shrinkable, 300 sqmm, 3 core suitable for 33KV, XLPE electric cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of area of 33 KV yards including cutting of shrubs & bushes including surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep in any type of soil and site clearance in soft and loose soil all as directed at site whenever required at site Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for under ground Cable fault detection by authorised agency with Computerised Fault Detection Van complete to find the fault location for 33/11 KV rated UG cables complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge at site.
