M&L premix bituminous, macadam laid rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less), binder content 4 % of binder content by weight of total mix using bitumen VG-30 laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller by using mechanical paver all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete with 5.5% paving binder content VG-30 Grade by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to a uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Premixing shall be done by using Hot Mix plant and laying shall be done by using mechanical paver complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for marking 2.0 mm thick center line stop line, side line etc on roads as per IRC pattern with thermoplastic paint of approved quality and made with 8% glass beads laid on the road surface at temperature 60 degree centigrade with special applicator machine with and including traffic diversion arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of exisitng black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc applying evenly a priming tack coat of paving bitumen @ 5kg/10sqm on bituminious surface and material and labour for providing 30 mm consolidated thickness mastic asphalt concrete wearing coarse (as per MORTH para 516 specifications) with industrial bitumen of grade VG-30 prepared by using mechanical mastic cooker as per ISI specification and laid to required level and slope including antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine graded hard stone chipping of approved size @ 0.005 cum per 10sqm centre to centre in both direction pressed into surface (product surface) 1mm to 4mm over mastic surface with width of panel should not exceed 90 cm including sealing of laid surfaces with blow lamp complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Mastic asphalt concrete is to be provided in area shaded/ covered with trees and in heavily stressed areas like junctions and turning.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and paving n exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) un-reinforced concrete & removal of rubbish beyond defense land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete Type D2 (1:4:8) (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundation including watering and in consolidation complete all as speified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment (Red & yellow) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing dual directional reflective cat eye of aluminium casted stud 100 x 100 mm having plastic ABS strip containing 31 mini retro reflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow one side provided with zinc plated nail of 12 mm dia and length 120 mm for fixing to road by hammering, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing standard quality dual directional solar stud comprising of the following:- (i) Stud aluminium alloy and construction solar powered by mono crystal solar panel. (ii) One high capacity Ni-Cd rechargeable battery. (iii) View distance approximately 1000 mtrs LED-10mm, 03 piece each sides and total of 06 pieces are used for high brightness of different colours. (iv) Backup - 12 hrs of continuous lightening at night. Make- Cat part no. GPL-03-01 of make Greenlite/ Cat pt no OS-807, OS-809 of make OSCAR/ Cat pt no DA-110 of make Darkeye.

M&L for cement concrete Type B0 (1:2:4) (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in edging portion of paver block for proper matching with existing surface complete all specified and directed.
