Design supply, install testing & commissioning passengers lift, capacity 08 persons, 544 kg, speed 1.00 m/s lift with single speed motor 415 volts, 3 phase, AC 50 Hz supply conforming to IS-14665, suitable to serve G+08 and 4 opening floors with AC variable voltage & variable frequency drive (VVVF drive) complete with all standard accessories, simplex automatic & manual dual controlled operation with / without attendant, centre opening doors with door drive (electric motor driven mechanism) sliding stainless steel door, half glass, automatic rescue device (ARD) system, 3 D infra red sensor in full height of door & builts in announcing system without hand incuding manual rescue system with no dependance on battery set complete with comprising following work / specification. make - Kone / Otis / Schindler. Note :-(a) Hanging arrengement for the lift and machineries, (Room less lift machinery) iron C chanel of size 50 x 150 x 50 mm = 03 Nos with appropriate length and welding clamp will be provided by the contractor as per the manufacturer specification price for the same to be included in rate quoted by the contractor. (b) U clamp 04 Nos on ceiling for supporting to the lift mechinery will be provided by the contractor as per the manufacturer specification. (c) The contractor ensure that all material / spares once the incorporated in the work they should maintain warranty for three years. (d) All necessary civil works and electricals work required for the installation & satisfactory performance of the lift shall be deemed to be included in the above quoted rate. (e) The quoted rate also includes for dismantling the old U/S lift and depositing the same to store yard as directed by Engr in chage.
