Removing of excavated soft/loose soil not exc 50m & depositing where as directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above from starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15cm after laying of cable in trenches, punning complete all as specified and directed Note:- Punning thickness of 18 cm will be considered for payment.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover Class HV type I flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only old unbroken serviceable cable cover complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing damage/unsv/faulty PVC insulated, armoured, aluminium conductor 11000V grade cable of any size from trenches, pipe, ducts, pole etc. Testing for serviceability of cable, cutting and segregating serviceable portion for relaying serviceable cable where omplete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11 KV grade earthed laid in trenches/ducts/encased in GI pipe/fixed to pole including jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed of size 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11 KV grade earthed laid in trenches/ducts/encased in GI pipe/fixed to pole including jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed of size 120 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying only serviceable HT 11 KV XLPE insulated armoured cable obtained from item Ser No 08 above all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Excavation and earth work will be paid and measured seperately in relevant items.

M&L in repair for boring of holes under road /pavement/hard standing or any other situation by mannual means for 100 mm bore for crossing the cable and making good both the ends all as specified and directed at site. Note :- GI pipe shall be measure and paid separately under respective item.

S&F in repair GI tube 100 mm bore light grade with all fittings and fixed complete for road crossing /on wall/floor and crossing culvert or laid in floor.

M&L for painting the external exposed surfaces of steel tubular swaged/rail poles of HT alongwith cross arms, bracket and connected accessories with one coat of aluminium paint including preparation of old painted surfaces and writing the details of the pole in white letters(length of each letter 40mm) on black back ground and pasting radium red strickers/paint with 3 lines alternative layers of 30 cm width around the pole complete all as directed.

M&L in repair Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead GI strip 25x4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to continuous earth wire/lead all as specified and testing on completion, including provision of earth strip protected by 40 mm dia GI light grade protection pipe from test point to main board and 40mm GI medium grade watering pipe funnel, PCC earth pit and RCC cover charcoal, salt and GI wire including excavation and earth work etc complete all as directed at site.

S&F Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 25x4mm dia galvanised iron or strip complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for repair/ replacement of broken/worn out components and insulators etc complete all as specfied and directed.

Supply installed testing and commissioning of Air-break, gang operated, triple pole switch, outdoor, vertical mounting type (ISI marked), mechanically operated, mounted on insulators 12 Nos including 400 amp rating complete with (DO Fuse unit) fuse mounts, fuse carriers and HT fuse elements and frame work with operating mechanism worked from ground level, with locking arrnagments including Godrej pattern 65mm pad locks with two keys, complete suitable for HT 11 KV, 50 Hz AC supply including necessary electric connections, complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of PCC/steel tubular pole incl coping, foundation etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for steel tubular sewaged poles of complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws, as specified type 410 SP-55 11 Mtrs long all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate as in coping to the poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using (40 mm graded aggregate in foundation, filing and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the area around the sub station including two pole/four pole structures premises, trimming the trees, complete all as specified and as directed.

Looping /prooning of tree branches upto the extend to obtain clearance all around the OH lines conductor upto 3 mtr from furthest conductor on pole including removing of cut branches and cleaning of site complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) The tree branches etc will be left as as it is and will not be carried away by the contractor / DEL as wood belongs to CEO/DEO and they will be responsible to lift the wood. (b) Prooning of all tree branches in one tree shall be measured as one job. (c) Contractor will employ sufficient labour to complete the job with in time as required. (d) Contractor will be responsible for any type of mishapening / accident while proning the trees. (e) Contractor supervisor will take proper shut down from the MES installations before starting the work and clear it before resuming power supply. However full assistance will be provided by MES Staff. (f) The contractor will provide proper tools and safety devices to his staff for prooning of trees.

M&L for hiring of cable fault locator machine for HT cables working voltage 11 KV to find out the fault in underground trench at different location up to 500 RM after locating the fault the contractor has to provide megger and test the faulty cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Excavation and earth work will be paid and measured seperately in relevant item. (b) Jointing kit for above job will be paid and measured seperately. (c) The contractor shall be provide fault locator and test the cable immediately after getting complaint within stipulated time , In case of failure on the part of contractor to attend the complaint penalty of Rs 1000/-per hour shall be imposed from the contractor.

S&F in repair Cable end termination 11 KV HT (heat shirnkable) cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No 26 here-in-before but size of 120 to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Straight through 11 KV HT (heat shirnkable) cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of of size 120 to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No 29 here-in-before but size of 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enanelled white of size 20 x25 cm with figures letters and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steeel clamps made of flat iron nuts bolts and washers etc for HT poles with voltage and danger indicated in hindi and english and local vernacular complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any hape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint omplete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cross arms of MS channel or angle sections etc complete and setting aside for re-use with in 50 m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for aluminium conductor, steel reinforced incl stringing in position all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Dismantling of ACSR from the poles all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Dismantling insulators any type any size from HT poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pin type , porcelain, vitreous, white , borwn or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle , two galvanised mild steel spindle, two galnvanised iron wahers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height,150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair loop type insulator with complete fitting porcelain, vitreous white or brown large sizewith over all dismensions 90x140mm , clearance of hole 25.5mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stay assembly complete with accessories of diameter of stay rod in 20 mm all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge omplete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stay assembly complete from the pole complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised steel stranded stay wire size 7/4mm for stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for earthing complete chemical type with copper earth plate electrode 900mm x 600mm x 5mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3 mtr deep 1.5 mtr width ) with top edge of the plate not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level connected and including to and including copper strip earth lead 32mm x 6 mm size by means of copper brazing strip and layers of salt charcol and magnisium sulphate including funnel with wire mesh including testing of earthing all as specified and directed . (Chemical Earthing pits are to be made and connected in a grid to meet the earth resistance specifications of 0.50ohm) (a) Earthing to be done in presence of JE/Engr- in - Charge .(b) Charcol small pieces 250 Kg , Salt (crystel)-250 Kg, Magnisium Sulphate ( Crystal) 100 Kg. (c) Copper strip shall be brazed with copper elctrode plate .(d) Alternate layer of charcol and salts should be laid in the earth pit on the top of the copper plate at least 5 layers should be laid. (e) After laying of the 5 alternate layers of charcol and salts a two inch layer of magnisium sulphate to be laid. (f) The chemical salts and and magnisium sulphate should not be fixed but are to be laid in layers only. (g) Copper strip is to be extended inside the equipment and power room it should be routed in the side wall of the under ground ducts fixed with cremics /porcelain spacers. (h) Contractor shall pour sufficient water in earth pit before and after doing earthing. (j) 25 mm dia GI pipe suitable length to be reach just about copper plate fitted with funnel meshed along with cap running with water tap to be provided for keeping soil wet. (k) Soft soil ( Black cotton soil) shall be used in case of rocky terrain. (i) Brass nuts and bolts with proper washer to be used for copper strip jointing and necessary brazing shall be done directed. (m) Copper strip beyond 7.5 m shall be measured and paid seperately. (n) The test point of each pit shall be made as directed and the cost is same to be include in the qouted rate. (o) The test report should be submitted in triplicate. ( p) Construction of earth pit chamber with PCC (1.3.6) type C1 ( using 20mm gradeed stone aggregate) RCC 1.2.4 type B1 cover 50mm thick with 8mm dia TMT bar 100mm centre to centre with igting handles of suitable dia complete all as directed . Note: Earth resistance to be less than 1.00

M&L for glow sign board LED of required size (180 x 80 x 30 cm) made out of steel frame ame with MS sheet of suitable size with flex sheet marked with details of sub station on front with different colours including provision of LED power-fittings & fixtures in equal distance to illuminate board including connections with 2.5 sqmm stranded copper conductor cable all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and Fix HT Aluminium Lugs of size 95 sqmm omplete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix HT Aluminium Lugs of size 120 sqmm omplete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix fuse wire of capacity 5A to 50 A as required for above Job complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Complaints pertaining to External Electric Supply shall be resolved by the contractor immediatelly after getting complaints. In case of failure on the part of contractor to resolve to the complaints within stipulated time, a penalty of Rs 5000/- per day per complaint shall be imposed from the contractor. (ii) The contractor or his authorised representative shall report to the concerned JE E/M / Engr -in-Charge during the time of breakdown. A register shall be maintained to record all orders & instructions and their complaints and is to be signed by the contractor/his representative and the Engineer-in-charge/JE E/M concerned. (iii) Work done register to be maintained by the contrator.

Note : Tenderers may note that amount of credit Rs 98,998.000 will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
