S & F water heater storage type (Geyser) vertical type with suitable size of fastner and incl provision and connecting up of SS braided pipe suitable size with adopter for inlet and outlet water connection having adjustable knob for temperature control and inner tank should be glass line coated complete all as specified of capacity 25 ltrs having element 1.5/2 KW BEE star rating incl taking down old and deposted to MES store yard

Supply and installed hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordeless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum invertor type 5 star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity 2.0 ton complete all as spd and directed incl taking down old and deposted to MES store yard.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning desert cooler (overall minimum size 26 inch x 26 inch x 39 inch) made out of 18 gauge galavanised sheet, depth of water tank shall be 11 inch (minimum), electric driven, 230 volts, single phase, 50 HZ supply having nominal air flow capacity of 4000 cubic metre per hour or nearest standard size on platform/stand provided in building including provision of PVC braided connection heavy duty 750mm long with brass union at both ends for necessary water connection, Desert cooler comprising of following : - (a) Float valve shall be deemed to be inclusive with cost of desert cooler. (b) Cooler fan motor, 145 Watts, 1400 RPM, single phase, 500mm sweep, aluminium blades (three number) make : Crompton Greaves Ltd/Khetan/Cool home with standard clamps for fixing to body of cooler. (c) On/Off switch for pump and motor alongiowth three speed selector switch for fan. (d) Submersible pump 23watt (minimum) capacity, 220/240 volts, single phase, 50Hz having lifting height 2 metre of make Crompton/Vansal/Bajaj as approved by GE. (e) Front adjustable grill both side i.e horizontally & vertically. (f) Necessary cord with plug top for electric sonnection. (g) Three side slotted shutter with suitable pad as per standard practice. (h) Spray painting to external surfaces of cooler and anticrosive rubber paint to internal surface of water tank portion.

S&F in replacement PVC cable copper conductor multi stranded flexible 23/76 twin core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rigid non-metalic PVC conduit suitable size for laying flexible wire inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc without exclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Modular bell push flush type 5 Amps single pole 230 Volt white white finish complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix calling bell AC buzzer as specified and directed.

Note :- Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items of this schedule. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material.
