SCHEDULE A PART III-B (Internal Electrification)

M&L for Point wiring with PVC insulated PVC unsheathed electric (FRLS-H grade) cable 1100V grade single core having multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area in & including non metallic rigid PVC conduit ISI marked medium grade not less than 20mm dia with all conduit accessories in concealed wiring system by cutting of wall and making good disturbed surface of chases in wall (MS/ Galvanised Iron boxes for hanging of ceiling fans and for light points along with conduit be fixed in ceiling while casting slab for fan point and for light points,in rigid pvc conduit will be used) & 1.5 sqmm green PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor as a earth wire connected to earth dolly by providing lugs including sunk in pressed steel terminal boxes suitable for fixing modular sheets with cover, sockets, regulators etc as per requirement including fixing with machine screw, washer etc for the following and complete all as specified and -

(a) One light point point /bell buzze/ ceiling fan/Exhaust fan point controlled by one-one way 5/6 Amp switch.

(b) One 3 pin, 05 / 06 Amps socket outlet point on same board controlled by one, one way 05 / 06 Amps switch.

(c) One 3 pin, 05 / 06 Amps socket outlet point on independent board controlled by one, one way 05 / 06 Amps switch.

All as per item No 5 above but 2.5 sqmm FRLS-H grade cable PVC for 15/16 Amp 3/5 pin socket power point including 2.5 sqmm copper conductor green as colour for earth continuity on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing , connecting and testing BLDC ceiling fan, energy saving, complete with stepped type electronic fan regulator 230 volts single phase 1200 mm sweep energy saving fan including canopy set, down rod and shackle assembly, fan hook including providing three core copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm 3 core from fitting to ceiling rose or connector and writing MES No with black synthatic enamel paint 2.0 cm high complete all as specified and directed. Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level steel earth plate connected with GI wire 04mm dia by means of lug, bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel GI protection pipe 15mm bore light grade all as shown in elect plate No.3 of SSR part -I connecting to main switch board / Main DB’s including excavation, earth work, salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150mm thick around GI earth plate, GI pipe medium grade 20mm nominal bore watering pipe GI sheet funnel wire mesh, concrete pit, RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with MS Bars 6mm dia at the rate of 150mm center to center both way with suitable lifting handle and pit / chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 , Angle iron 40x40x5mm frame for pit cover including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing , connecting and testing exhaust fan, energy saving, 3 star rated complete without regulator 300 volts single phase 300 mm sweep metallic body energy saving fan including louvers, shutters, brackets etc. complete accessories including providing/cutting the round hole of required size in wall finishing the same supply and grounting the ragged bolts in wall, fixing the frame on the exhaust side (outer surface of the wall and connecting with and including PVC insulated three core 23/0.0076 copper cable rubber insulated from ceiling rose to exhaust fan motor and writing MES No with black synthatic enamel paint 2.0 cm high complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for distribution board double door, for mounting MCBs / isolator, ELCBs etc factory made, confirming to IS: 13032 fabricated out of CRCA sheet not less than 1.2 mm thick fitted with DIN channel, neutral link and 200 Amps rated bus bar. DBs shall be semi glossy finished with epoxy polyester based powder paint sprayed and backed at high temperature, between powder paint process the sheet steel having to go through the anti rust conditioning in not less than seven tank process to ensure smooth finish and protection against corrosion atmosphere. The DBs shall be single door type with hinged door with locking arrangement. The DBs shall be of same make as MCBs /Isolator. DB shall also be provided with label marking indicating the incoming and outgoing circuits on all way as specified. The DBs shall be of IP 42 protection class for the followings. (a) DB 8 way (with 200 amps busbar double door)

M&L for construction of septic tand 10 users with brick masonery PCC in foundation 1:4:8 floor, cover slabs including sludge chamber CI vent CI cowl and outlet, RCC bafle wall and all necessary earth work complete all specified and derected ref TD 217 1/7 to 7/7.

M&L for Soakage wells comprising of excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 , walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 1.8 M dia X 3 M effective depth all as specified and as directed. Note : Ref TD - 309, Sheet No 1/4 to 4/4

SCHEDULE A PART VII (Air Conditioning)

S&F split type air conditioner (NON CFC/ HCFC) electrically driven, 230V, AC 50 Hz, capacity 1.50 TR (4500k cal/ hour), BEE 5 star rated with high wall mounted type fan coil unit (FCU) to be fitted on wall with rawl plugs including making holes for inlet/ outlet in the wall and making good existing surface including insulation of tubing with ex-panced polyethylene foam insulation tubing and making necessary connections including for unplasticized PVC pipes medium duty 20mm dia for draining out condensed water fixing necessary arrangement of fixing outdoor unit on outside wall with suitable size mild steel angle bracket all as required and directed including necessary connection through voltage stabilizers complete all as specified and derected. Note:- 1. wiring between FCU and condensing unit etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted. 2. Required length of suitable size copper tubing 15mm/ 18mm dia of superior quality & 6mm dia copper pipe with insulation and 20 dia PVC flexible pipe of best quality fixed to wall from FCU to condensing shall be deemed to included in the unit rates quoted by the bidder. No any claim will be entertaind at later stage on this account. Make:- LG 1.50 tonne 5 star maxima plus or in equivalent Voltas/ Blue Star/ Carrier/ Da-kin with latest invertor technology and five star BEE rating as per guide lines of E-in-C’s branch (Utility).

Supply and fixing voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled window type and design for input various between 170 to 250 old without put voltage stabilizer at 230 volt with accuracy of +/- 2.5 % and capacity of 5 KVA all as specified and directed.
