M & L sand faced cement plaster 20 mm thick in two coats using factory manufactured pre mix/readymix of 'Roofit mix' of Primer floor to Roof materials pvt Ltd / "Easy plast of M/S wall plaste products pvt Ltd , 'Readyplast' of M/S Ultratech cement Ltd, Sound plaste PMC -1 of M/s Sound buildcare pvt Ltd having minimum composion of C:S 2 : 1 : 4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand confirming to IS 383 suitable for external entering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properies, mechanical mixing with water in a matalic only to make good consistency as per the specification of the manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces with base coat of 12 mm thick and finishing coat of 8 mm thick final rendering including using richer mix making corners if necessary, at all floors and level, including making grooves of exsisting size whichever required, including cleaning the surfaces, curing etc complete all as per speglass and including all other connects. Note : Item No 1 to 4 will be undertaken at height exc 6m, necessary scafflolding, platform and safety arrangement is deemed to be includded in the quoted rate.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces and applying one coat of white wash on walls,complete all as specified and directed.

All as per sl item No 5, here-in-before but applying two coat of white wash on walls ,complete all as specified and directed.

All as per sl item No 5, above but one coat of white wash on ceiling , complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete as per manufacturer instructions with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. complete all as directed. Note : Painting will also be undertaken in truss, girder of height exc 6m, necessary scafflolding, platform and safety arrangement is deemed to be includded in the quoted rate.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as directed.

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @0.9 ltr(undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as directed. Note for Item No 8 to 11 above (a.) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Cement base paint, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. (b.) The contractor shall submit ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ (MOU) with one of the manufacturer mentioned in the contract before start of the work, failing which site shall not be handed over to the contractor for which contractor will be solely responsible and extension of time or any other claim shall not be admissible on this account.

M&L preparation of old surface of wall or ceiling and application of one coat of exterior weather emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based materials of any description over 10cm girth or width not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of Aluminium paint all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old distempered surfaces of walls including corinces, pillars etc and applying one coat of Oil Bound Distemper, all as specified and directed.

All as per sl item No 15 here-in-before but on ceilings complete all as specified and directed..

All as per item No. 15 but two coat two coat of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

All as per sl item No 18 but applying two coat of cement based paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) with synthetic enamel paint n.exc. 30 cm high, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster or concrete, brick surface and raking out hacking for key scrubbing down with water to receive plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster or concrete, brick surface and raking out hacking for key scrubbing down with water to receive plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cm (1:3) on fair faces of ceiling surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster or concrete, brick surface and raking out hacking for key scrubbing down with water to receive plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for preparation of new undecorated surfaces of walls and applying two coat of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of primer and 1mm thick wall care putty, all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Cement Base Paint of approved tint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per sl item No 25 but on ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floor and any thickness ,description and in any position not otherwise described , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 mix (40 mm graded aggregate) as in flooring/paving/plinth protection,including finishing even & smooth w/o using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of surfaces of roads, bituminous rigid, pavement, flexible pavings, aprons, kerbs and the like exceeding 10 cm width or girth as in lines dashes, arrows, letters etc and applying with one coat of aqua based road making paint of tint white or golden yellow or Orange or as required at site complete all as specified and directed.
