Supply, instal, test and commission silent diesel engine driven generating set turbo charged of 250 KVA of 0.8 Power factor 415 Volts 3 phase 50 HZ, 4 wire and with accoustic weather proof enclosure as per CPCB norms and noise level shall not exceed 75 dB at a distance of 1 mtr fron steel enclosure complete in all respect and comprising of following:- (a) A diesel engine developing sufficient HP to run alternator to generate 250 KVA power at 0.8 PF at 1500 RPM conforming to IS 10002 complete with all accessories (b) Syncrnous alternator 200 KW 1500 RPM, 415 Volts, 50 HZ, 3 phase system brushless type screen protected self excited conforming to IS 4772 (c) AMF panel shall be of suitable size, factory made, indoor cubicle type both side openable fabricated from CRCA sheet of min 1.6 mm thick having busbar of 600 Amp capacity and to receive supply from Gen set and transformer panel as incoming and giving supply to panel which control supply to pump. Necessary controlling MCCB of 400 amps 36 KA ,04 Pole - 02 Nos rating shall be provided. Panel shall be grouted in floor y, CT & PT of suitable rating, battery charging unit, electric starter etc (d) accostic enclosure Enclosure shall be with natural ventilation, modular construction, shall be made of CRCA steel sheet of min 1.6 Mm thick (e) Fuel tank of suitable capacity fixed on suitable steel structure with inlet, outlet connection fuel level indicator (f) Base frame made out of suitable channel duly reinforced and privided with anti vibration pad and RCC/ PCC foundation as per manufacturer drawing and specification. Ht of foundation shall be min 30 CM from ground.

Supply, fix, erect, fabricate supporting structure for water pipe, cable tray inside plant room and out side plant room With angle iron, flats, MS pipe of suitable sizes, nut bolt washers etc Necessary welding work involved is also deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply, laying, fixing, testing and commissioning of DI Double Flanged Pipes centrifugally cast spun water pipeof 150 mm nominal dia Pipe as per IS 8329 in standard length suitable for flanged/welded with inside cement mortar lining with one rubber ring . The pipe shall be of class K-9. The pipe shall be laid above ground in plant and up to filters as shown in drawing. After activated carbon filter pipe line will be laid underground. Contractor shall quote rate accordingly. Note:(a) All pipes, pipe supports,structures shall be painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and lettering with white paint including marking direction of flow. '(b) Excavation, returning , filling shall be measured separately and paid for schedule A Part-VIII. (c) Pipes above ground shall rest on brick pillar at min 1 mtr interval. Cost of brick pillar shall be paid separately for schedule A Part - V.

Supply , install, test and commissioning of LT Panel board made out of 2 mm CRCA Sheet indoor cubical type totally enclosed weather dust and vermin proof with front and rear opening of 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz having copper bus bar capacity 375 Amps and half neutral with copper bus bar RYB duly insulated complete with digital type Ammeter, volt meter, selector switch including internal wiring with copper conductor including two coats of primer and one coat of spray painting including connecting all in coming and out going cable feeders with necessary lugs ferrules etc . The panel should have angle iron support on the base all around including PCC foundation support , well finishing with cement mortar.Comprising of the following switchgear and accessories are as under:- (a) Incomming : MCCB 250 Amps 4 Pole 35 KA-01 No( From AMF panel) (b). Outgoing MCB TPN 63 Amp - 7 No ( One for each pump and one spare) (c) MCB SP 32 AMP 1 No for light DB (d) MCB 5 A SP 1 No for dosing pump control panel (e) MCB 5 A SP 2 No for Hypo transfer pump (f). LED based indicator lamp sets comprising of three colours - 06 sets. (g). Voltmeter 0 - 430 Volts, Digital display, flush mounted 96mm square 3 phase 4 wire with selector switch - 01 set. (h). Ammeter 0 - 400 Amps, Digital display, flush mounted 96mm square 3 phase 4 wire with selector switch including CTs of required capacity - 01 sets. (j). Ammeter 0 -100 Amps, Digital display, flush mounted 96mm square 3 phase 4 wire with slector switch including CTs of required capacity - 06 Nos for each pump. (l) Single phasing preventor 1 No on incoming supply (m) Soft startar on each pump of 30 HP feeding to filter 6 Nos (n) Low and High Voltage protection & phase sequance corrector - 01 Set complete.

Cost of brick pillar shall be paid separately for schedule A Part - V.

Each pump is of 100 % Capacity ( There are total 6 pumps. Supply, instal, test and commission out door step down transformer of capacity 315 KVA, 11KV/ 433V, 3 phase, 4 wire,50z with oil immersed naturally cooled delta connected on HV side and star connected on LV side in accordance with vector symbol Dyn-11 with neutral brought out on secondary side and having taping copper wound complete with first fill of oil with OFF load tapping on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit of ±7 1/2 % in step of 2.5% by means of OFF load Tap changer. Maximum temp rise shall not exceed 45° Celesius on oil and 55 degree Celsius in HV/ LV windings when measurd by resistance method Transformer shall conform to IS- 1180 level 3. Outsourcing of services for operation & regular maintenance of installations for filtration plant in three shift of 8 hours each (each shift shall have 01 ITI Qualified person and 01 Helper) for 24 hours continous operation including sundays and holidays in a day to day maint condition as specified, including the following maintenance :- (1) Daily and weekly check up (2) Monthly, quarterly and half yearly maintenance as per maintenance schedule (3) To info concerned incharge if any abnormal activity during running is being observed (i) Greasing of motor bearings (ii) Gasket, schellacs, rubber (4) To maintain the log sheet of pump House, Pump & DG Set include logsheet Arrangement of labour and tools for smooth functioning of plants, all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge. Note :- The contractor while quoting rate shall take into account for EPF, ESIC, Bonus, Overhead Profit, LWC and GST to be paid at applicable rates alongwith payment of minimum wages to the personnel employed at worksite into this item only. Contractor shall ascertain & consider above mentioned contributions while quoting & nothing extra shall be admissible to the contractor on this account.
